The food was ok. I had the chicken noodle soup. It was kind of bland, but not bad. The grilled cheese sandwich wasn’t great, kind of just greasy and maybe a little stale. One of my kids ordered pizza, and it was great! My other kid ordered the steak and cheese melt, and it was not good at all. He ended up ordering something else, chicken with avocado, and he liked that. The kitchen sink cookies were cold, so we took them home and heated them and ate them later that evening. They were delicious when warm! The chocolate croissant was bad. It was dry and the chocolate filling did not seem fresh.

Staff will blatantly lie about making their drinks incorrectly. Employees and then also the supervisor working at the time then gaslight customers when they make their drinks incorrectly. We have been regulars that pulled through the drive thru as sips club customers paying for the subscription. Staff has gotten tired that we pull up daily to grab our coffee and has purposely started making our coffee incorrectly or they just don’t care. Staff became rude and confrontational after being confronted on coffee being made incorrectly as well. Spoke to Ryan in the past about this issue, service and quality improved for a very short time and then went back to being bad service and inconsistent. With how many places there are in town to get coffee i’d recommend going somewhere else. It’s not worth it not even as a subscription.

I honestly hate they they don’t have sweet tea, the syrup sweetener is gross. Coffee is good, “charged” lemonades are ok, werid after taste. When they have things in stock the food is great, but half the time what I want isn’t available. Prefer breakfast menu. The atmosphere is hit or miss. It’s calm, but people keep tables tied up for long periods of time, using the wifi to work. I’d rather grab and go because of this.

Normally this isn’t in my wheel house but you guys have rocked it for a place with simple sandwiches and soup. I really loved the old school flair with the way the sandwiches were wrapped in what looked like recycled wrapping.. Definitely coming back and I also signed up for the members card.

Overall a good sandwich. Seriously over priced though. Sandwich, drink and a piece of bread cost me about $16. That’s a bit much in my opinion. Especially considering I can go across the street and get a better meal with better food and larger portions for half that price. Also, the sides are lacking. I mean, I know it’s a bread company and all but a side of bread as a side to, uh…bread? Maybe I missed the list of sides available at the drive through. I’ll give them the benefit of the doubt since I’m truly not familiar with their menu; I went to one once years ago and wasn’t too impressed then either. Based on my experience today I probably won’t be back again. Not that there was anything ultimately wrong with it, I just don’t see the value of the offering compared to the competition.

Went with a friend who had gastric bypass surgery and can only eat liquids only. Storm and Jamie at the Owensboro location helped us figure out what she could have and fixed her food so that it didn’t have anything she couldn’t eat in her soup. Not only was she able to enjoy her food, but they went above and beyond with their kindness. We highly recommend this location and the awesome crew working there.

Soup was cold when I got it. Seems like the soup is not fresh and pulled out of a fridge/freezer and they didn’t take the time to heat the soup up.
