Decent Panera! The past two visits of mine, however, were a bit disappointing. Both times, my Broccoli Cheddar soup was very significantly watered down and not very flavorful. It was a bummer because Panera isn’t super cheap and it is how I like to treat myself on a day where I need a pick-me-up, but both times I left feeling like I’d wasted my money. 🙁
However, the staff here is always nice and friendly, and the building/atmosphere is great! It still feels cozy, like a Panera, but also is a more modern and updated design. It’s a nice place, but I do hope they are able to fix whatever is happening with the soup!

Feb. 4th 2026. at 3pm. The employee at the window threw my bag of food at me while reciting what was SUPPOSED to be my order. While I was waiting for my drink that I thought he was retrieving, checked what was in the bag. No soup or bread that was a part of my YOU PICK 2. He finally came back to the Wwindow and asked what was the matter. I told what was missing, he came back with it. Never said a word to me. Not …thanks for waiting..sorry for the confusion…nothing.

I’m not even sure how to describe how bland Panera has gotten. I got some flavorless chicken soup with stale bread and thankfully only half of a bland sandwich. I can’t remember what the sandwich was but it doesn’t really matter because it was so bland the only thing I could taste was the hard cold bacon. The avocado was somehow bruised all over and yet not even ripe. Also the young man making bread with no hair net or beard net was very off putting, thank God I couldn’t see into the kitchen.

If you drive by any Panera Bread and like “free drinks”, great discounts and rewards. This is the place. BUT Join the Sip Club is where all this extra love and joy comes from.
Baked fresh goodies, the salads are great and easy to customize in the app. Many times I get 30-50% off meals, deals and it is awesome. Great place to take a break, bathroom, clean hands. Enjoy the ambiance and not too many immature young people or disrespectful people come to them. They can go to Walmart and McDonalds and raise hell there. Only knocked off a few stars on service which is common everywhere but Chick Fil A they don’t smile or seem like they even socialize outside of Minecraft.

One of the nicest Paneras I’ve been to! It’s very quiet and peaceful. My friends and I look forward to meeting here to study every week. I love all the windows and the natural lighting. The servers are always so cheerful and kind. The menu is really personalized for the customers. I chose to get avocado toast on a different bread with an egg white, and they were totally fine with that. I would definitely recommend checking this place out to my friends.

Ordered ham and egg bagel sandwich. For the price, I expected fluffy scrambled egg with thick slice of fried ham. Thin, hard fried piece of egg with thin, tiny piece of ham. Bathroom wasnt clean. Server messed up twice. Place isnt worth it.

I don’t understand how the short haired manager is still manger. She’s mean rude and just isn’t welcoming towards customers. I was so happy to come here until I saw her. She always seems put out to help anyone and is just condescending.

I walked in with a good friend and she happens to be black and she noticed before I did how the few people working were staring at her a few months ago so we left! A horrible way to run a business And I made the mistake of going again this week to order some breakfast sandwiches and they were so dry and tasteless that no one could even finish eating! I don’t eat pork so I ordered egg sandwich on chibatta and the bread was so hard and tasted old and the egg was so thin that you could hardly see it let alone taste it. I’ve loved other locations but the Panera in crescent springs isn’t worth the money or time.
