The employee taking our order was super sweet, personable, and very chatty. Took our order and reminded me to put in my phone number for rewards. The food was delicious and fresh, flavorful just as I come to love Panera. Fresh baguette, and everything was as I love it. I am from Florida, visiting Kentucky, and just love the hospitality and service. Overall great experience, definitely coming back! Highly recommended!

Theodore, the manager, is truly one of the bestworkers I’ve ever encountered. He is incredibly kind and genuinely wants every customer to have a great experience. Every time I visit, he goes above and beyond, always with a smile on his face. Whether he’s chatting with customers, clearing plates and wiping tables, running out to someone’s car in the rain to deliver their to-go food, or telling guests goodbye as they leave, he brings an exceptional level of care and positivity to everything he does.
Watching him work and interact with the dining room is genuinely wonderful. His dedication, friendliness, and service make a huge difference, and it shows in every moment. Theodore is truly outstanding.

Whenever I arrived at Panera I was greeted with the smell of fresh bread and more. The inside environment was very cozy and gave a very fall vibe since were around that season. I ordered grilled cheese and broccoli cheddar soup. The soup was amazing, and the flavor was very potent, although the soup was good the grilled cheese kind of disappointed me. It wasn’t very cheesy or grilled. The employees were very kind and surprisingly enthusiastic. Overall, I’m experience at Panera was great!

I absolutely love going to Panera. The staff is incredibly sweet, and one of my favorites is Esther. She’s an amazing employee who knows my order every time I go through the drive-through. She provides exceptional customer service, and I highly recommend her. Esther is truly a sweetheart.

Janet made my entire experience so very pleasant! From starting my order at the drive-through to the window, she was very communicative about the process and what was taking so long for the delay in preparation of my food but also had just a warm and lovely demeanor that made me want to stay and talk to her forever. Had a Great experience. Service and quality of food was great. We ordered the Signature Chicken sandwich along with soup and was completely disappointed. I don’t even know how to explain the taste of the chicken sandwich. What I do know is that I will NEVER get it again. It’s pan fried and has some type of marinade or something on it. This is definitely a looks were deceiving. The photo looks better than the way it taste. In my opinion. The manager did refund me for 1 of 2 sandwiches that I purchased. I’ll stick to the Broccoli Cheddar Soup from now on . No more swervin for me!!! Oh and my boyfriend did say the Chicken Noodle Soup was really good as well..

The Hamburg location gave me half my order. This store not only gave me the Half Hamburg left out, but they actually gave a whole sandwich when I got the new one. Essentially, they bought my lunch tomorrow and I REALLY appreciate how awesome these guys are for doing this.

Just not my cup of tea maybe. First time eating Panera Bread and it wasn’t terrible but not sure I’ll go back. The staff wasn’t very friendly, the tables were dirty and the side bread was very hard. It looked good though.
