Absolutely amazing bagels here. The softest Panera Bread bagels i have ever had! Each kind of bagel was separated in its own bag sealed air tight maintaining their freshness. By far this is the best panera bread I have ever been to!

I am absolutely livid. I love Panera and their bagels are my favorite but this is unacceptable I expect quality for the price I pay but I get a deflated frisbee uncut untoasted excuse of a pastry. I truly want to say something positive but they even pronounced my name wrong. I hope there is improvement at some point in the near future as this is unacceptable.
