Recently visited this Panera Bread location to pick up an online order for lunch around 1 pm. Order was placed about 15 prior to pickup and was ready on the pickup shelf as promised and clearly marked. We ordered a “pick two” meal with butternut squash soup and a cheese sandwich, and a full turkey and cheddar sandwich with some customizations and a brownie for dessert. The food items were superb!
Note: We do road trips often and will veer from our itinerary to get a lunch at Panera Bread.

I came through the drive through to order breakfast for a team meeting. I had a lot of questions because it was a big order. I ordered the bagel box and asked for the bagels to be sliced. I specifically asked if they come in a box so that they’d be presentable for the team I was presenting to. The girl on the intercom was nice and I told her I’d be back in 30 minutes to place the order.
When I placed the order, I was given the bagels thrown into a bag, cold, despite me asking for them to be toasted. So I went back into the restaurant and patiently waited to speak with someone.
The manager, Ryan, came up to me and said that I should’ve placed a catering order if I wanted a box because they don’t have boxes. He said there was nothing they could do even though I offered to pay to make it right and pay for a catering box. He said all he could do was offer me plates for my clients. I wasn’t rude, I wasn’t angry with them, I simply was looking for solutions and he gave me zero
Fortunately, his employee FOXIE Was nearby and said I did not have to pay for a box. She would get me one and it was exactly what I was looking for. Ryan told her to hand me gloves so that I could put the bagels in a box. Foxie came around to the other side of the counter and put gloves on, and we put every single bagel in the box in a presentable way. She also got me better bags and utensils and made sure I had the right cream cheeses. Because of Foxie, I will be back in the future to place catering orders for my team. If I had only experienced Ryan, I would’ve given this a 1 star review.

Ordered online for quick pick up. Still had to wait in line to get order. When it was handed to me the bag was unsealed and just sitting behind counter. Seems quality has been lacking the last couple of times I have visited.

Always a safe bet! They have social distancing down! They have sanitizing stations for you! They prepare food quickly. They’re friendly. The selection is awesome. They have vegetarian, vegan and gluten free options available!

All Panera Bread locations are awesome to me. Customer service is always prompt and inviting. Ciabata Steak sandwich is my fav. Love the fireplaces, always a nice touch.

Asiago cheese bagel was over toasted and had no cheese flavor. It must have sat next to a cinnamon bagel because that and burnt cheese is all I tasted in the two bites before tossing it. I’m sure if I wasn’t in the drive up and instead at counter they wouldn’t have served me this garbage. Suppose to let manager know if order isn’t right. Can’t do that if your 6 miles down the road. 2 stars for getting coffee right and adding napkins.

Dined at this location for the time and was exceedingly please. Parking lot was well kept, the dining area was superbly clean. You could either order at the counter with a cashier or at the self serve kiosk, the waiting area was easy to find and the screen displaying the order placement was easy to read.
My order came out fast, the server was friendly and my food was correctly made.
I highly recommend this locations.

Panera bread has changed their recipe on their Mediterranean veggie sandwich. It’s pretty nasty. That and the soup were the only reasons I went there.

I always find Panera a little pricey, but I return because I like their ingredients. Had two soups in bread bowls, 1x 1/2 sandwich, a smoothie, and a chocolate croissant. Spent $35 for 2 people for lunch.
