The food was OK, but nothing special. It was my first ever visit. The staff were all great and it has a laid-back vibe in the dining area. I was kind of let down about paying 40$ for 2 people to eat and not enjoying the food a little more. It’s worth a try for a decent sandwich and decent soup. It’s a new place I had to try and glad I did.

This was our 1st time ever going to Panera Bread on February 20th. It was great. The customer service was on point. Very sweet genuine people. The food was great. We got a variety of things for our family of four. And everyone loved everything. We also left with dessert.

I love running in here to grab a coffee and bagel when I am in the area. The service is quick and they have I love their decaf coffee. I wish they had more vegan options, but I realize that would be a corporate decision and not a local store decision. However, there are options for vegans and options that can be made vegan with substitutions.

Ate here after a doctors appointment. Huge Panera fan! Food was amazing!! Service was great as well. Cleanliness needed lots of improvement. Sat on the right side of the restaurant near the window. Noticed lots of hair, spiderwebs, crumbs, and larger pieces of food on the carpet. Also saw what appeared to be some kind of cockroach crawl near my leg and go to the corner to feast himself on a host of food and crumbs. Was grossed out by the sight of the insect. Not sure if manager is aware but might want to have an exterminator come check the place out and make sure there isn’t a roach issue. Improving the cleanliness would help with that as well. Would have had an excellent experience here at this location otherwise.

Looked at the menu and it said get 2 items for this price 7.89. So I got a salade and a sandwich. My husband got the same. A 7.89 sandwich and a cup of soup and two drinks. It cost over $40.00. I sat down and looked at the receipt. I than told the cashier that’s false advertising. I have never spent that much money on a lunch sandwich. Please change the 2 items for the price of a sandwich. Never again.
