Love this location. Staff is always friendly and kind. Coffees & hot water for tea is always stocked. And oh, those pastries in the display… they call my name, no really *. Super clean bathroom and dining room also

Picked up a Ciabatta cheesesteak sandwich, I was completely disappointed. There was a virtually no ” tender sliced beef” on this sandwich and it cost almost $ 17.00. It was pitiful!
I am not hard to please but this sandwich sucked. I definitely would not recommend it to anyone.

Pd for food (bagels?) – cashier got busy and forgot….i had to remind her we ordered coffee / needed cups?
She handled money then our food without washing her hands – used a paper to pick bagels up but used her hands to slice them.

I really did not want to do this but after a few back to back bad experiences here I have to write this review.
1- Slow service regardless of the time of the day (compared to other Panera Bread around here).
2- Wrong food due to the person cooking not paying attention to the ticket/order information (see pic)
3- If you ask about the status of your order or had to leave after waiting for 15+ mins for a simple sandwich (croissant with egg and cheese) expect an attitude from the cooks. No matter how nice you ask.
I hope this helps this place make some improvements to the service. We’ve been customers since it opened up, we hate to stop going there.

Conveniently located near a man thoroughfare, good outdoor views, popular among locals, clean layout from entry to order processing which makes for easy ordering and table selection without a long wait, large displays for daily specials, disabled parking and walk-up ramp and a nice and friendly environment. It was a good day today to sit outside on their patio seating for a light fall lunch of soup and salad. Enjoyed people watching and chatting with friends, the food was great as usual.

1) It always smells terrible in here like burnt food in a dirty oven. 2) How do you sell out of Mac and cheese “every night” before dinner time? This has to be one of the most popular things here. Stock it up! And lastly 3) they are so SLOW.

Ordered a breakfast soufflé and a cinnamon crunch bagel with plain cream cheese. The bagel was not wrapped and put in the bottom of the bag with napkins underneath that ended up stuck to the sticky bagel; the soufflé was thrown on top of the bagel; no fork to eat it with; the cream cheese was a low fat walnut, not plain. This is terrible service!
