Food and service have gone down. Counter help is sometimes missing. Coffees are empty or stale. But prices keep going up. And then up some more. A shame. The cinnamon crunch bagels look like want to be with nearly no topping. Wait, bagels are getting smaller. I may just have to pass on Panera.

Our flatbread pizza sat on the counter and got cold while waiting for the rest of our order. It was tomato soup sauce and not cut all the way through. Our Sandwhiches we halved when ordered whole AND it was acknowledged the change of 2 things on my sandwhich and it was STILL MADE WRONG! We spent $80 to have cold food and wrong food. I should only have to state what I want when asked ONE TIME. Sweet tea was syrup water with a slight light light brown tint.(def not drinkable) Will NOT be going back and wasting time and money. Do better Panera! (This is a trip after they messed up an order about a month ago, decided to give one more shot and STILL messed it up in person)

I have ordered online pickup numerous times. I have never had an order correct. Check your bag before you leave the store, just because you order a chicken salad doesn’t mean it will come with chicken.

The lady who took our order was really nice and friendly. We did a 1 for 2 or something like that. Half a tuna sandwich and a half strawberry salad and a cookie and everything was really good. More than enough food..

The food and bakery items are very good — always fresh and high quality. Customer service is generally favorable but can be inconsistent. My main concerns are that tables often aren’t cleaned quickly enough, and the coffee is frequently lukewarm after 2 PM because the containers aren’t kept filled. Those areas definitely need attention.

I ordered 3 grilled cheese sandwiches and 2 cups of soup and it is absolutely HORRIBLE! For the price they charge for these items, I am beyond mad they need to do better because even “remaking” them still comes out this size!

We ordered curbside last week. Order was ready quickly and everything was delicious. I was surprised at the size of the pizzas. Two kids could definitely share. We will definitely have the BBQ salad again!

Visited this location this morning for a large order and after placing my order I was waiting patiently as a scruffy gentleman came in, clearly struggling with bring unhomed my cashier was busy, preparing my order. There was a lady behind the counter who I can only guess his manager with a gray shirt on refused to acknowledge him, speak to him or even make eye contact. He finally gave up and left, but someone who I only can believe is her significant other came in she prepared him a free meal with a cookie and a drink and headed him out the door. I can’t understand the lack of respect here. Will likely not shop here again.

Ordered breakfast. See photos, egg was paper thin and clearly cut; maybe I got 1/2 an egg. One slice skimpy bacon broken into pieces. Also, the beverage was not included. Paid for by my daughter; I didn’t know to ask about it so she paid for something she didn’t get. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.
