Ordered breakfast. See photos, egg was paper thin and clearly cut; maybe I got 1/2 an egg. One slice skimpy bacon broken into pieces. Also, the beverage was not included. Paid for by my daughter; I didn’t know to ask about it so she paid for something she didn’t get. Very dissatisfied and will not be returning.

I usually have really good experiences at Panera, especially since I became a sip club member. I’m on a long haul trip today and decided to go a bit out of my way (18 minutes) to get a charged lemonade for the trip. Usually, I just walk in and a walk out, no problem. But at this Panera, they have the charged lemonades behind the counter. No issue. I placed my order through the app for rapid pick-up and it said it would be ready in about 10 minutes. I’m okay with waiting because things get busy.

I ordered a custom turkey avocado but on a toasted bagel my friend ordered the Asian citrus crunch salad. Had to wait a while for someone to come take my order. The food came out hot. Order was good. Behind the counter was not clean (see picture). Didn’t use the ladies room. Parking always feels right here. Wasn’t too busy inside.

This was my first time eating at panera. I ordered the strawberry chicken salad. And the chicken noodle soup. Both were very good, and low calorie. Staff was nice. Inside was just very run down it seemed to me. Not a very comfy cozy atmosphere in this location. But I enjoyed the food.

In terms of food quality, this place is a solid 3/5, maybe more. In terms of actually giving you the food that you unambiguously ordered (since it was online and there is no room for misunderstanding what the customer wants), it is a 0/5. While I’ve had decent ordering experiences here before, tonight was just so egregious that I feel compelled to say something about it.
