I absolutely will never go back! On December 23,2025..a friend and I ate at Frischs salad bar and sandwich waitress had a better than you attitude. We we got the bill and just about had a heart attack $51…I told the lady this isn’t correct, went over the bill line by line..seems Frischs charges per item, plus no free refills charged per drink ,@ $3.49】we did get onion rings & french fries thinking they were in a platter deal. There was nothing on the menu advising no free refills or each item sold separately. We have been eating at Frischs for many years never an issue.we eat out once a month because we are both retired and limited incomes.i would not advise anyone to eat at Frischs unless they have throw away money. Not impressed with anything . Totally disappointed. Even the receipt printed so light i couldn’t read it. Really???? As if you all care?

Used to be the best McDonald’s around. Over the last 6 months or so it has really gone down hill. I dont know what has changed. Have gotten something wrong on my order about 4 times in a row now. Have also waited so long in the drive-thru line that I just left twice now. That’s at the speaker with no one answering, not a long line. I still gave three stars rather than one because the staff is still always friendly and most of the errors are minor. Example, order with no onions and get onions. Cold soggy fries really suck though.

Just sat in the drive thru with a mobile order for over 10 minutes and still was not be able to get my food. They said a refund will automatically be issued within 24 hours but don’t know if I’ll get my reward points back. WHAT? It’s bad enough this place has gone down hill.
The least you could have done was give me my food since I waited for it.
I don’t care if it’s an app issue or not, you should still serve your loyal customers.

It doesn’t seem to matter what time of day you decide to visit this McDonald’s, you will still recieve the slowest service. Drive thru line is always slow and wrapped around the small building. Unsure of if they are always understaffed or if this is just how this McDonald’s will always be.

In most cases i wouldn’t have an issue but todays experience has seriously just been… ugh. So i just want to know, is it in the rules that if someone says NO mustard or any conidment that the employees are supposed to put 4x the amount of other conidments on a burger. Husband asked for NO MUSTARD and when he opened his burger it was so saturated with ketchup that one bit would have had no burger taste at ALL. Its ridiculous! I get the employees are teenager, hell i was one once, but when did teenagers or people get to where they just SERIOUSLY dont listen or even think. If someone wants extra ketchup, im sure they would say EXTRA ketchup. Then to try and call the place to talk to a manager and for 3 hours all i get is a busy tone saying this line is busy. Okay so what everyone calling at the same time or you guys just leave it off the hook. Im perma done with mcdonalds. I personally wont buy any food there again. Husband can go get happy mealsmfor the kiddo still but me.. naw i dont want to give my $ to a comapny who cant even get their employees to listen properly. And to think, they want $15/hr. HA! Prove that y’all deserve the $15/HR then maybe… but as of right now… HELLLLL NO (pics are of 1 of 2 burgers my h7sband bought)

I’m not sure I’ve ever received a single order correctly at this place. I’m not sure what’s confusing about plain burger, nothing on it, no cheese, no condiments is so difficult to make. Rest assured they won’t get it right. If you request catchup, you better check before you pull away. This place needs new management.

It was very obvious that the woman that waiting on me was not happy being there. I had ordered 10-piece chicken nuggets with sweet and sour dipping sauce, two orders of french fries, hamburger happy meal and a fish fillet. The french fries were cold and hard, they forgot the dipping sauce and the hamburger was cold. I have always had a good experience at this McDonald’s just not sure what was going on that day?
