Panera is an Italian word, which means bread time. Its cuisine is not Italian, but Italian inspired. We all basically chose the pick 2 package. From the soups menu, we choose the broccoli soup, corn soup and chicken noodle soup. From the sandwich menu, we chose tuna salad, BBQ chicken sandwich and Italian steak and Mozzarella sandwiches. All of them were delicious and healthy. Very spacious parking area is available. Service is basically self service but their communication was good.

During my visits to this restaurant , I have encountered several instances that have diminished my overall experience. While the food is of acceptable quality, its delivery time is often protracted, and there have been instances where the dishes served were not prepared as expected.
This is particularly concerning given the price point of the meal, excluding the beverage, which is charged separately at around $4.
Not to mention IThe establishments service has a lack of urgency and attention to detail. Furthermore, the staff’s interactions with customers are generally indifferent and lacked the level of customer service that is expected in a dining establishment.

Food was decent. One of very few places you can get soup. They were out of bread bowls. Fireplace was nice. Place was clean. Service was meh. Ordering through a tablet reduces social interactions these days.

I would give this zero stars if I could. I just spent 35 minutes waiting for a simple soup and sandwich order at the Shallowford Road location. In what world does it take over half an hour to put soup in a bowl and meat on bread?
To make matters worse, they have absolutely no system for notifying customers when their food is ready. No pagers, no name call-outs—nothing. Our food sat on the counter getting ice cold while we sat there like mind readers, eventually realizing the abandoned tray on the counter was actually ours.
The lack of urgency and basic communication is pathetic. If you value your time (or want to eat food that’s actually warm), go literally anywhere else. Will never come back.

This place used to be great, but recently im not getting what im paying for. “You pick two” never got my free side. The sandwich barley had anything on it, was on the wrong bread and because it was on the wrong bread my sandwich was literally half the size it normallt is. This has happened several times as of recently. Im taking my business elsewhere so I’m not getting ripped off on my lunch. Should have gone to panda express next door. Please get better management!!

Very nice pastery resteraunt with a good food menu! They have nice deals, combos, complementary foods, and healthy food options! I recommend their soup and bread combos! They have a calm, warm, and chill, environment with a big seating areas and great costumer service that you can hopefully get some work done in (don’t know about Wifi though)

A lot of respect For staff at Panera.Susan the cashier moves the line! Overall it’s a good store. Word to wise: theu hot a bit of a crush on air conditioning so keep a coat handy.!Oatmeal is great and bagels really good

My food is always late. Even if I order ahead literally HOURS ahead of time. I asked for extra dressing and they give me two cups with maybe a tablespoon of dressing in each. Might as well ate a dry salad. Or even better, went somewhere else.

Love the “Dipper’s” sandwiches. The chicken pesto was so flavorful with the grilled chicken, pestoand mozzarella cheese. The bread is of course the same amazing flavor we have come to love!
