Very nice pastery resteraunt with a good food menu! They have nice deals, combos, complementary foods, and healthy food options! I recommend their soup and bread combos! They have a calm, warm, and chill, environment with a big seating areas and great costumer service that you can hopefully get some work done in (don’t know about Wifi though)

Haven’t been to a Panera in ages! Wasn’t overly impressed, but kept expectations low considering it was a weekend visit. Not a huge line, but cashier could’ve been more attentive and friendlier. Food took 30minutes for a bagel and egg, people were leaving without their food out of frustration. I think communication could’ve gone a long way.

Worst experience. I usually go to the downtown location but decided to go here since it’s closer to where I work. Got the notification that my order was ready for pickup, walked in thinking it would be at the rapid pick up area and it was not. Tried to get an employee’s attention and they were no rude they did not want to acknowledge me. I waited 12 minutes in store for an order that was supposed to be ready for pick up. Isn’t that the whole point of rapid pick up? Even the male manager (he was in the dark green shirt I figured it was the manager) was very rude after I let him know I was there waiting 12 minutes for a order that said was already ready. I order ahead for a reason. This caused a delay in my morning & starting my morning off on the wrong foot. Employee’s had a very bad attitude like they hated their job..

Met an old co worker here for a late lunch! So much fun to see her again! Sat by a warm fire and talked and talked and talked! I got a” Pick 2″ with a half tuna sandwich and a Greek salad. I really liked the salad and the sandwich was pretty darned good, too. Will go back!

The restaurant is so dirty. The carpet is gross…black in color. All tables were dirty. The place needs to be deep cleaned badly! We were grossed out trying to eat. However, our food was good.

Food wasn’t to the quality I had come to expect from Panera Bread. I’d been off any floor for a couple of weeks prior to eating here and it was a disappointment for me and my wife. The drinks were fine, but the breakfast sandwich was the worst of the ones I’ve had at Panera Bread.

Today there was a long line, but I got my food faster by waiting in line than by ordering at the kiosk as my companion did. It shouldn’t work like that, but the kiosk is not user-friendly.

Food is always fantastic, as is the relaxed atmosphere. The self ordering kiosk helps avoid the line when there is one. Prices are a little on the high side, but not exorbitantly so. My wife got a bowl of autumn squash soup, I got a Mediterranean grain bowl, with a side of the same soup. We both got hot tea. Total was $26. BTW, if you’ve never tried this soup, you must! Especially on a cold day!
