This Panera is one of the nicest locations within the Chattanooga area. Very well designed and usually fairly clean. There does always seem to be a staffing issue with this store so product can be slow to come out and the coffee dispensers are empty more times than not, so don’t be in a hurry to grab something quick and get out. The food quality has always been good anytime we’ve ordered here. If the company would police their products, check stock, and check the dining area more often, it could easily be a near perfect Panera. But as it sets, it’s a 3.5 on a normal day up to a 4 star place when they’re cooking.

The saddest “sandwich” I’ve ever seen in my life. It was two giant hunks of hard bread with tiny little tomato’s and a sliver of cheese. The modern caprese used to be my favorite sandwich. I don’t know what this abomination is but I was ripped off bad.

Terrible experience the past two times I’ve been to this location. First experience was a few months ago. My partner and I went through the drive-thru and the girl working the drive-thru handed us our drinks and apparently thought it was okay to ask us if we were fruity and then leave the window for 10 mins only to come back and ask us “what exactly are y’all waiting for?” And we responded “ummmm…our food?!”. Only for her to have to ask a co-worker about our food sitting on the counter next to her. Second experience was this evening, ordered take out in the drive thru and only received half of our order, not to mention the sweet tea I ordered and actually received was unsweetened. This location has disappointed us too many times and we will never return to this location much less any other Panera Bread locations.

The manager Jamie is very rude I was asking her employee a question about the receipt for the kiosk and she came up and said in a very rude way that she’s using the computer and I have to wait which was fine it was the manner she was saying it in very disrespectful I tried to explain to her then she told me she’s not dealing with me and to leave all I asked was for a receipt. It’s also dirty I tried tell them that as well nobody came and moved or cleaned the area terrible her name is Jamie

I had the 2 menu 1/2 sandwich and bowl of soup. I normally throw 90% of my bread off my sandwich. I ATE EVERYTHING!!! I got the hot Italian sub. So good!! The potato soup was delicious as well.

Don’t go in the drive thru if you have a pick up order. We made that mistake. We waited almost 30 minutes to get our food that was ready the whole time (cold by the time we got it) because cars in front of us food was not ready. Please have a system put in place like other drive thru’s where people whose food isn’t ready are asked to pull to a spot.
My review would be much higher were it not for that. We usually have great experiences at other Paneras!

Do not go through the Drive Thru especially during the afternoon. The wait is awful , I waited over 20 minutes with only two cars in front of me. Customer service is bad as well , never friendly or polite all staff seem like they are having a bad day every time I go there. Food is pretty tasty but that’s it.

You know what to expect from Panera by now. The sandwiches have improved over the last few years. I don’t think it’s worth full price, but they often have enough discount/promo in the app to save $2-$5 on an order which makes it more reasonable with what I which to pay for a sandwich
