Trying to figure out if this location is serving food from the dumpster. Terrible service and produce is not edible. Panera used to have standards but I’m assuming that is no longer the case . Lettuce was slimy and covered in bug holes and black spots covering my sandwich. This food is unfit to serve . Attempted to contact the store but no one will respond as I’m sure they clearly don’t care. Seriously concerned at the sanitation at this location.

Compared directly against the Panera in Fort Oglethorpe, this location needs some improvement in the beverage center area. Two of the large beverage dispensers were just cycling water and only a watery sweet tea, strawberry lemon mint & green tea choices were available.

Usually okay. But this time my husband tried the new “hot” chicken sandwich and there was almost no sauce on it. Nothing like the picture at all. The chicken itself was dry and flavorless so it needs the correct amount of sauces. He had to get a packet of mayo to make it edible.

I ordered online for a drive thru pick-up. I ordered $27 worth of bagels in a variety. First issue – I chose exact quantities of bagels and types of bagels and they just threw an assortment in the bag. I got several different types that I DID NOT ORDER. The second issue was that I ordered them all to be sliced and toasted and none of them were toasted when we received them. I called when I got back and the lady hesitated for about 5 second and then said, “uhh, our toaster is not working. I’m sorry.” I left work and drove 5 minutes down the road to the store and went inside and ordered a cinnamon crunch bagel toasted. Sure enough, it came toasted. THEY BOLD FACE LIED OVER THE PHONE INSTEAD OF OWNING UP TO THE MISTAKE. Shame on them and their management. I hope the Airella girl that lied loses her job. Messing up an order can be forgiven, but lying? Nope, i’ll go somewhere else.

We went here around 5 on a Thursday afternoon and it was not very crowded. The staff were kind and helpful and our order (4 people ) was out in less than 5 minutes. The restaurant and bathrooms was clean and the food was delicious. We also have been through the drive through here as well which was just as quick and efficient. It makes me sad seeing some reviews for this location aren’t the best but my experience was great! The size of the salads are massive! Sandwhiches are a good size too and the bakery items are delicious! I also like how many fresh drink options there are including various types of teas and lemonades. The only thing I would improve was the price! Menu items are expensive but probably worth the price for fresh ingredients, but drinks are like 3 dollars for a small! Way overpriced!

Good food, but 30 minutes for ONE simple sandwich? Come on. These poor guys are severely short on staff. You can look into the kitchen while you wait, and there were only four people in there working, while dozens of diners waited inside and outside in the ridiculously long drive-thru. With the amount of demand this place has, they should have a much bigger staff. One simple sandwich should take five minutes, MAYBE ten if they’re busy.

Should be zero stars. We placed an online order to pickup at 11:45. Got trapped in line at the drive thru at 12, at 1:00 finally got to pull up to the window and they tried to give us cold soup. The only positive thing I can say is they did replace the old soup.
