Went here with a friend after working Nightshift. The food was great but the dining room hadn’t been cleaned from the night before. Maybe a one off? I usually hit the drive through if I come, but still. No one seemed to be in a rush to pick up the bagel laying on the ground, or wipe up the numerous dirty, sticky tables we had no choice to sit at. Disappointing.

So the food tastes fine, but their portions are so off if you get takeout! The soup cups are sometimes only half filled (see pic) and the sandwiches barely ever have a normal amount of meat or toppings (see pic). However when you eat in the portions seem to be okay. Just be really wary when getting takeout!

Went to the drive-thru on 2/6/23 at 7p. Ordered a large mac-n-cheese. Sit at the window from 7:05 to 7:35 waiting on the large mac-n-cheese. The staff, it seems, was more concerned with cleaning, talking, and just generally walking around than getting the food to me in a timely manner. One person was prepping all the food. The females at the window ignored me and didn’t seem to care how long I sat there. If this location closes at 8, why was it so important to clean and not do there jobs. Oh, and I was the only vehicle there. Avoid any late night runs to Panera, you may have to spend the night. Never going back!

Well my wife was just asulted by one of the male employees. He threw the sandwich at her, Because she asked to have the sandwich re-heated. You know who you are. If I catch you outside the store I’m going to stomp a size 13 foot in your face. The manager just said. It was un acceptable and refunded her money. Panera you have just lost a ton of business. We exclusively used you to cater our meetings. This will also be reported to the BBB, and the health department.

Service is terrible, portions are seriously small, and the prices are SKY high!!!! The sip club is a joke, and the rewards program is a joke!!!! This is the only place you can $15-$30 bucks and be hungry a few hours later because they rip you off. Almost every chain food gives a better portion but they sure want tips!! Panera sucks especially this one!!

Went for my lunch, and I ordered half of Chipotle chicken sandwich .place was empty and waited for 20 min . The sandwich was cold when I was called to pick it up. I asked to warm it up and asked it to go because i was already late because it took soo long. I have been there very few times when they haven’t messed up my order, been slow on service, or even last time when I received moldy cream cheese. They are quick to offer to fix or give additional accommodations which are appreciated. However it is most likely that the first time will be incorrect.

We visited last night, we always get great customer service and good food. But last night I got the Chipotle chicken flat bread and the last piece had a long stran of hair on it. Please wear hair nets. I hope to God that was the only slice that had hair on it. Update, 06/30/2023, thought I’d give them a second chance after the last visit. Ordered food through drive up, told the young lady my order. She even repeated it back to me, and still got it wrong. I did check before we left that everything was in the bag which it was. Didn’t know until I got home that my sandwich was wrong. It was 20mins or more before they closed, I called up there just to let them know and I would keep my receipt and sandwich to get my money back the next day. Would you know no one picked up. I shouldn’t have to unwrap my food just to make sure it’s right before I leave the window. I would thing someone working would check that. I love Panera Bread, I seem to only have issues at this one.
