It seems like Panara Bread has went downhill. I’m sorry, but what we received is not worth $62. We ordered 3- ‘pick 2’ combos with a chipotle chicken and broccoli cheddar soup, and a small half ham sandwich. The sandwiches were more like 1/3, not a half. Between all three of our sandwiches, I doubt we even received a full sandwich combined. No chips anymore, no bread for the soups like before, and a dry plain 3 bite ham sandwich for $62. Come on. Now, the food was decent as always and I’m not even mad about the portions, but $62? Come on. We didn’t even get drinks! We have been long time customers but the quality and price have just gone downhill. I Won’t be back.

This location does not have all the breakfast menu items that other locations offer, I.e. a sausage breakfast sandwich or soufflés. The staff are the most helpful and friendliest. Outside seating is nice. One negative is that the floor in the beverage area is always sticky. I have been there three times and every time after walking through that area my shoes feel and sound sticky. Still, like this location.

The lady with the northern accent who works the pick up window is amazing! Also everyone I have had the last month or so has been amazing. I give them my phone number and get so much free stuff. Asiago bagels, get a half dozen and freeze for sandwiches. Ammaaazzzingggg

Kayliee was so nice! It can be difficult to find someone with such a great attitude working drive thru like hers. Service was also very fast. Thank you!

Ordered a breadbowl with Broccoli Cheese soup and an apple. I also ordered a Chipotle chicken sandwich with chips. I noticed the apple missing so I went back to get one. When I got home, the apple was old and wrinkled and too soft, there was no bread bowl but a hard Baggett, and the sandwich was a total mess with the chicken clumped in the middle of the sandwich, the avocado was hard.

When I walked in the door, there were no employees around to take my order, and when I was finally able to wave one down, they told me they didn’t make the bowl I wanted. In fact, they said they don’t make any bowls at that location. I decided to get the tomato soup and grilled cheese instead, and it was okay, but I don’t think I’ll be going back to this location since they don’t make bowls. Pretty disappointing

Love Panera, this location just ain’t it. Food is always promptly made, yet curbside and drive thru takes forever and it’s cold by the time I receive my order. This isn’t a one off, either, happens every time.

This is the second time my food looks bad, what about these super large tomatoes pieces, my bowl doesn’t have the green sauce and the rice is not well cooked. I have eaten in a differents paneras of the country and I have never seen such bad service.

I love panera and it’s really a shame they simply cannot get a sandwich made in a reasonable amount of time. Went through drive-thru 5/21/23 at around 10am. Three cars in line. Got our one sandwich 39 min. Later. What are they doing in there???
