The Harvest Medley Chicken Salad is my favorite salad. The salad has mandarin oranges, feta cheese, pumpkin seeds, beet strips, while grain blend, and pecans. The salad is served with a piece of French bread. I had the half salad with a half Chicken Roma Asiago Bagel Stack with mozzarella cheese and green goddess dressing. The food and service are always great at the Madison store.

I’ve had hair on my food on multiple occasions. I was missing 2 mac n cheese out of my order. I called the store and Curtis told me to come back and promised to give me 3 mac n cheese, but when I arrived, I only received 2 mac n cheese. On top of that, I had to wait an additional ten minutes for a cinnamon roll.

We’ve went to panera probably 3 times in the last week since we moved and love it. Panera Bread back home was always my favorite stop for studying and hanging out with friends (it was also my first job lol). Me and my husband love to come in and talk or plan things out at panera. The atmosphere is always great and quiet, so is the service. The food comes out quick and it is always clean inside (the 3 or so times we’ve been to the one in Madison).

Service was so slow. Ordered a ciabatta egg, cheese and sausage sandwich and she put I wanted no sausage when I wanted no cheese. Ordered a smoothie and it has literally ice cubes in it.

Very disappointed with Panera today. Panera used to be known for great customer service, great food quality and more than average servings. Today, was not like that. My husband and I chose the Pick 2. We both chose French Onion soup because it’s always been amazing in the past. We each chose a 1/2 sandwich. The piece of bread was so thick and the inside was definitely lacking ingredients. You had to take a bite of the sandwich to even notice if there was anything in it. My pepperoni melt literally had five or six pieces of pepperoni, and not much cheese at all. Needless to say, I will be taking it home and adding some more things to it and putting it back in the oven. The suit was lacking cheese for sure. It also tasted like water. I don’t know what Panera bread is doing as far as their quality of food and customer service but if things do not change soon, they will end up bankrupt like every other franchise restaurant.

Wanted to say the girl at the window with long blonde hair and glasses deserves a huge raise. I waited in the drive through for 20 minutes (literally) and was mad by the time i got to the window. She completely turned my anger around before I could even complain. She was extremely polite, courteous and made me smile by making me laugh. She definitely likes her job! Wish I would have thought to ask her name.

Panera is one of my favorite restaurants. I love them for their fresh bagels, loaded salads, hot soups, and crunchy sandwiches. It is a great option for a quick bite, or stay and visit with friends over their delicious coffee.

Went at 5:50 pm on Sunday. Upon entering the store you were met by an overpowering smell of BURNT food. Waited a couple of minutes for someone to come to the register to take our order.
We were not greeted or acknowledged that we had to wait. I placed my order for soup bread bowl of creamy tomato. Was told we are out of soup.
So we left.
