Was disappointed by the quality here. My bagel was fresh and worth the calories. However it was not crowded (around 11:30am on a Saturday) and the coffee was not fresh, and was cold, and with it being practically empty, the tables had not been clean or wiped down from the breakfast rush.

By far the worst Panera I have ever been to. Food was cold. There was burnt cheese in the soap that looked like wings all in it and chicken wasn’t done. Only had one option for soup. I would give zero stars if possible. Staff was rude and sat behind the counter talking bad about customers in the lobby. Lobby was dirt and trash all over the tables. Disgusting!!

We ordered on Uber eats, I expect to pay extra to bring it to me and them to pick it up. I have no problem with that. I tip on app and tip extra when they get here. My issue here is Panera itself I guess. We got 2 of the pick 2s, it was 35.32 AFTER we got 40% off. In total we paid over 50.00 & gave an extra 5.00 tip when it was delivered . This is what we got. I called Panera and the guy told me he was sorry they weren’t cheap lol I said it has nothing to do with being cheap, we expected to pay for 4 good food, this was a 20.00 meal all day.

If I could give this Panera 0 stars, I would. It was filthy – everything from the tables, the floors, the bathrooms, the counters. Literally, everything was disgusting. There was a sign at the register stating that due to staff shortages, you had to order from a kiosk. The restaurant was empty, and there were 4 employees standing around on their phones. The food was also mediocre. The cheese on the grilled cheese sandwiches was burnt, and the chicken salad was gross. I’m glad I don’t live in this area because if this were my Panera, I’d never visit.

Great food and customer service. I made a pretty sizable mistake ordering on the app and they offered to fix it free of charge even though it was my fault. We ordered 4 sandwiches, 2 smoothies and a bowl of soup and all were excellent. Everything was hot (except the smoothies!) and the bread fresh. Chipotle Chicken Avocado Sandwich, Frontega Chicken Sandwich, Bacon Turkey Bravo Sandwich. Really enjoyed this dinner.

I’m a door dasher. Came in no one spoke to me in fact a Caucasian woman rolled her eyes at me.A heavy set Caucasian men finally said. Hello, I told him I was there to pick up door dash order. He said they’re working on order now. I said ok thank u. Someone sits the drinks on the counter from my order didn’t say a word to me then shortly after that the lady who rolled her eyes at me places a bag of food on counter so I’m thinking it was for my order because no one else was in store. She comes running behind me with the nastiness attitude saying u picked up wrong order. I said I apologize ma’am . She ignored me. So I said u have a bad attitude and her and the heavy set dude said you’re not allowed in this store anymore and was asking me my name like I did something wrong. I felt attacked.
