Keziah is amazing, I was literally at the window and my coworker placed another order and she didn’t miss a beat. Miss girl handled it, and was incredibly kind while I was dropping drinks and pulling up rewards. She even asked how my day was going and when I told her I had got off a night shift she wished me good sleep! Keziah I hope I get to see you again, thanks for being so sweet. There were two other gentlemen who helped as well, sorry I didn’t catch your names but they were amazing too!!

I ordered a milkshake for carry out through my app. I arrived and waited 10 minutes before I was helped. Multiple employees looked and ignored me standing there. By the time I received my milkshake it was straight liquid. Usually this Chick-fil-A is amazing but to wait 10 minutes for a singular milkshake that was ready and sitting on their counter is ridiculous.

Totally disgusted with Lumberton Chick fil A tonight!! What kind of manager, actually, what kind of person has an employee taking orders in the drive thru without a jacket on in 45° weather while the loud mouth little snots with jackets on, are by the door playing and annoying customers!!l This shows extremely poor management skills and I won’t say what kind of human being it shows this manager to be. This also reflects poorly on the Chick fil A company who expects their employees to stand out in freezing cold weather, but refuses to supply them with the proper gear and instead, expects the employee to purchase his/her own Chick fil A gear! At the least, let them wear their own jackets! Not everyone works so they can buy company merchandise! Most of us work to survive!! DO BETTER LUMBERTON CHICK FIL A MANAGEMENT!! DO NOT blame the young people taking orders in the freezing cold!!! They were the ONLY nice part of our experience this evening!! They deserve nothing but praise!!

I walked into Chick-fil-A thinking I was just getting lunch, but apparently I was signing up for a full spiritual awakening. The second I pulled into the drive-thru, three employees materialized from thin air like friendly restaurant ninjas and took my order before I could even blink. I wasn’t sure if I was hungry or under attack, but either way it was efficient.
My chicken sandwich? Perfect. I’m convinced they have a secret team of tiny chefs inside the kitchen who season each piece of chicken while whispering motivational quotes to it. The waffle fries were so crispy I legitimately considered writing a thank-you letter to the potato.
And the employees? TOO NICE. I said “thank you,” and the girl at the window hit me with a “my pleasure” so powerful I almost apologized for existing. They handed me my food like I was royalty. I half expected a marching band to play as I drove away.
Overall: 10/10, life-changing, would absolutely let Chick-fil-A run my entire household if they offered.

We visited Chick Fil A today & it was packed inside & out with a birthday party going on also. Shout out to all the employees for handling the rush of customers, the nice ones & entitled ones, with grace & a smile! Y’all have only been opened for a month & y’all are rocking it! I visited the drive-through and ordered unsweet tea without ice. Upon arriving home, I discovered that I had been given sweet tea instead. We returned to the establishment and informed the staff member at the door that our order had been incorrect. Unfortunately, the representative responded with a dismissive tone, saying ‘so.’ After reiterating my request for unsweetened tea multiple times, it became clear that the team was uncertain about how to rectify the situation, despite our repeated explanations of the error. I finally got my unsweetened tea when I finally snapped and raised my voice. I won’t be returning for awhile

I am so confused by this location. And it looks like they are too! I will never return. I have never seen a Chik Fil A like this… anywhere! It took 30 minutes to get 1 item at 9:30 AM…. employees are bringing out food to cars that are at the back of the line, BEFORE the ones in the front of the line get theirs, the kitchen is making orders out of sync, then you can’t even exit after you get your food in the back of the line bc there’s no way to exit the line once you are in it , makes no sense, you’re just stuck, so don’t try to stop if you’re on your way to work in the morning. The staff looked so confused trying to click off orders on the screen, there were about 5 faces staring at the screen looking very perplexed. Ya’ll have got to get it together. Close the place down and do some training or Call on an interim manager from the Beaumont location and let them show you how it’s done! Please and thank you.

Hands down the best chic fil a sandwich I’ve ever had in my life. It was so FRESH, hot, and the service was so great I ate there for breakfast, lunch, and dinner on grand opening day….then breakfast on the following morning. Every meal was FANTASTIC.
The owners are so genuine & are excited to serve in the Lumberton community. This will be my #1 go to restaurant & it should be yours too :).

I have to give 1 star for atmosphere because as I was sitting here eating my food two kids ran full speed into a window on two separate occasions. It’s in the play area. A glass panel goes all the way to the floor and kids keep thinking it’s an opening and try to run out to their parents. Put some stickers there or something. Poor kids. Nothing like hearing a thump and then a crying kid because they face planted into a window.
