We love the food choices and how quick the service is here, and come often. What they could do better about is the dining room cleanliness. It’s 3:00 and maybe there was a lunchtime rush- but the floor and tables need attending to every time we come no matter the time. Whatever happened to the days that there was a dining room attendant that was pleasant and cleaned? And where is the suggestions box – we just want the feedback to be taken seriously and help this location thrive because we love everything else about it

On multiple occasions I’ve had orders that come out wrong and then I have to waste time going back to fix it. You ask for no ice and you get ice. You need extra cream and sugar then you’ll get your coffee dark and bitter. I usually ask for a specific amount of cream and sugar and sometimes they just don’t care to make it. I know how it should taste when it is made as requested and it’s disgusting to drink bitter coffee and I honestly cannot tell if it’s the correct flavor when it’s bitter. Why would I waste my time and gas driving back to hand them a full coffee if there is nothing wrong? I used to not say anything but I’m fed up with them not getting it right for months now. – yes months. I have extremely sensitive teeth so I never get ice in my drinks and this is also one of the most common mistakes made because of rushed service with lack of attention. It is very immature, unprofessional and appalling to accuse a customer of playing games when having repeat issues with a basic order. This time the general manager Katelyn was confrontational and accusatory over my issue instead of taking accountability and fixing it. I am fed up coming back to fix my drinks because certain staff don’t care to make it as requested so then I have say something. Why not just make it the way I asked in the first place so there is no issue? Overall customer service is not a priority and the general manager Katelyn doesn’t want to be bothered with correcting it. This location needs better service training, especially when it comes to management. At this point the sip club is a hassle and if they don’t give you your drink as requested the general manager will bully and intimidate you and threaten to charge you for inconveniencing her for having an issue with your drink. I was shocked at this manager’s level of immaturity, and lack of professionalism. This is not how you treat customers that have repeat issues that shouldn’t even be an issue if orders are executed properly. Why be a restaurant general manager if you don’t want to make sure orders are made as requested? Absolutely ridiculous.

Great place to grab lunch and hang out for a bit. I usually go there to study or do work and Kayla the cashier is always super friendly and sweet! I have had one or two instances where my food was missing something but they’re always quick to fix it. Overall food is good, price is relatively reasonable (especially with the rewards program!) and the atmosphere is great.

Dear Panera, I love you as a person, and you keep on trying, but I’m sorry I have to say your food sucks. Your grilled chicken and I use that term loosely, it’s just white flavorless pieces of corpse that must come out of a can or bag. You are not grilling chicken in the back. And how do you run out of breakfast souffles? It’s almost like a Hot Pocket anyway. And if you’re out how long does it take to prepare another one? Like I said I love you and you keep trying but I know you’re in a tough situation trying to have better food quality while keeping prices low I wish you the best with some other customer

Edna, the Catering Manager, and her team are excellent. Our non-profit organization sponsors a teacher appreciation breakfast for a local middle school. Met Edna last year, and because of her care and professionalism, we returned to Panera for our catering order. A hundred and twenty teachers are happy today. We will be back!

We almost passed out when we got the total of our 2 entrees. A wee bit pricey but wow!!!! The term “you get what you pay for” is here for sure. Everything was so tasty and fresh. The asian chicken salad was impressive and the portions were huge. We probably should have shared. I love that they had all the calorie info on all their products. Really helped the calorie counting. A good experience.

Panera bread and I love that everyone is so nice and day Omar took our order and I was super please his customer service was amazing and he offered us special they have going on and he was super great.. I wanted to also just say the bathroom must be checked and maintain more and maybe every 15 mins because In 5 it can be Destroyed as a women I want a bathroom that is clean and stocked there were no paper toilet thank god I had in my purse .. but over all I love the place and the eating in it’s so clean and well taken care of

I was here with my family for lunch. We are vegetarians hence chose to have Mediterranean sandwich, tomato soup, Mac and cheese, French bread with salted butter and hibiscus lemonade. Loved the food, tomato soup was extremely sour hence took refund.

I really want to like this place, but there’s too much to ignore all the time saving advantages normally available are useless here.

1. The on-line Orders are being placed behind the counter…so RAPID PICK UP DOESN’T EXIST HERE. Although the shelf is present just unutilized.

2. When you come inside to get your order, The counter worker looks lost when you inquire about your On-Line RAPID ORDER oder pick up which should be on shelf wait by the designated time ginen in App. This makes everyone confused. Someone has to fix this issue.

3. Sip Club items are rarely check on and refilled. I been waiting over 30 minutes for a completely empty container of ICED COFFEE to be refill.
***The RAPID pick up process has to be corrected*** and a designated person to handle all on-line orders, because this is the Game Changer!!! customers use the RAPID PICK UP along side the application and expect an easy pick up process without the wait. That doesn’t happen at this location. I think you’d be better off and faster just getting in line to order, instead of a on- line. I’m not leaving any tip when this issue arrives especially when it seems they couldn’t careless I’m waiting on an item that should have immediately been available. 2 years have passed and same issue haven’t been corrected, seems nobody has been trained properly and they Wing-it. The food is delicious and maybe these problems will one day be resolved, customers expect more, when we pay more for the food. The restaurant is empty so this is just workers not handling there responsibilities.
I’m a Sip Club member so I’m a regular, the sip Club drinks are the only reason I come to this restaurant. Foods good, but they have alot of little issues. Especially with the RAPID PICK up.
