Came in for the first time…. Horrible experience… low customer service… only 2 servers at the time undercooked meal,, shrimp, meat the server girl cake and said manager it’s backed up… with what ?????? Anyway I’m not coming back the sad part is that the server never asked me if I wanted a new one or offered me something else…
The owner stated that how the Shimps are cooked.. I said undercooked he said yes… that’s how we cook it. Good luck with this business just be careful people when you order Shimp make sure it’s well cooked..

Amazing food! Our favorite spot in Lewisville. The steak fajitas, Agave shrimp tacos and chicken tortilla soup are a little slice of heaven. 5 TVs at the bar with all sports and UFC. Highly recommended.

I also tried the Moscow Mule, and it was refreshing and perfectly balanced. It pairs wonderfully with the food and is a great way to relax while enjoying your meal.

We absolutely love Chante! Tim and his staff are outstanding! The food and drinks are amazing as well. I recently had a heart issue and had to change the way I eat. Tim learned of my issue and offered to prepare my food in a heart healthy way. I went for the first time since my health scare and he made me their chicken fajitas and corn tortillas without any salt. The great thing is the flavor was still tasty! I am so appreciative of this restaurant taking care of their customers in such a fantastic way! You need to try Chante, you won’t be disappointed.

Food was good. Servers nice and on point. The music was so loud!!! We asked the owner to turn it down, he said no very rudely. We said we probably won’t ever come back, he said good! Unbelievable! Guess he has enough business, so we’ll go to one of the many Mexican restaurants in town that actually appreciate customers and try to accommodate their requests. He ruined our night.

We like going here and have been pretty frequently. I was introduced to Paloma cocktails here and they are great. The chips and salsa are served warm with a refried bean dip. My husband got the Loco burrito last night which is essentially 2 meals because it’s so big. My dinner was just okay last night – the roasted pork was dry but this wasn’t typical so I don’t know if this was just an off night. The staff checks on you regularly to make sure you are well taken care of, so if you go, you will enjoy yourself. Prices are decent as well.

What a hidden gem we were lucky to stumbled upon! We had the beef fajitas and enchiladas. Both were phenomenal. Every bite from the rice, beans, chips and salsa was busting with authentic flavor. We met the chef and speaking to him about his dishes just oozes with passion . The ambiance and decor is wonderful too! Our only complaint is we wish he had a location in McKinney where we live. Great job Chante ! Your food is the best Mexican food we have ever had and we have been to many Mexican restaurants in DFW. You beat them all including the giants – not mentioning any names. We must also mention their tortillas are homemade and delicious! We can’t wait to go back.

My wife and I have been looking for a place like this! Urban ambiance, Mexican style. I really appreciated their music selection as well; Mexican/Spanish indie hits! The service is excellent, and the owner is very friendly. We ordered the fish tacos and the loco burrito and they were both delicious dishes. To our surprise, everything is made from scratch, including the tortillas.
5 stars overall! It’s around $20 per person, closer to $30 if you add a drink (a must in this place).

No bueno. Maybe I ordered the wrong thing but this place was well reviewed and I did not like what I got at all. I expected a crisp quesadilla and got a soggy plate of tortillas that look like nachos. Yes, that is a quesadilla you’re looking at. I’m not sure if I am spoiled by the Americanized version, but no one wants to wade through a soggy plate of tortillas with a knife and fork. Really frustrated I wasted $25 of my travel per diem on a Topo Chico and soggy tortillas.
