Place is not kept unlike before. Tables aren’t cleaned, trash and leftovers on them. The empty tables are crumby. Used plates are still pilled up on top of trash boxes next to the tables. Floor is gross. This used to be a place where you can feel relaxed, and good to enjoy your drink and your meal. I don’t know if they’re short staffed or lazy staffed. They need to have staff clean up more regularly maybe at least every hour. So sad about this place. I only took a few pics but there are more areas that are dirty.

Went for lunch, broccoli cheddar soup and the turkey BLT. It was very busy. Before we ordered, they informed us they were running about 30 minutes behind on food. Cashier was so sweet. Food came out much quicker than anticipated, the manager, Guinevere, was on the line helping. (Don’t you just love her name!! ❤️❤️ ) Lunch was delicious, couldn’t finish everything and had to take leftovers home. We also had points for a free pastry and we bought a loaf of bread to take with us. Tables were turning over pretty quickly, staff was doing their best to stay on top of them. Will continue to support our Venice location.

If you ordered with you, always check your order, this is because we ordered with us, we came home, we tear off half of the dish, we didn’t have to return for half an hour of the road one way. and what do you think they gave the rest of the orders but did not even apologize but we are to blame. maybe we got such a cashier. I do not recommend.

We had a parent meeting at this Panera Bread for our homeschool co-op and they surprised us with a bag of goodies and some danishes for our group! The restaurant was clean and very accommodating for our group size and I was already impressed by their hospitality but the sweets topped it off. Super friendly staff and a very welcoming environment. I’ve always loved Panera Bread but today I love them even more ❤️

I’m not sure if it’s this location or any Panera location, but this is hit or miss location in Venice. Mostly miss. For what you get for cost is ridiculous. Most of the time the soups are stingy. Where’s the noodles or broccoli or whatever you ordered. For example, tonight I ordered the broccoli soup, what I received was cheese sauce. No broccoli that I could see. I also ordered a sandwich. Where’s the ingredients? It’s mostly bread. And what you get for a side is More bread. Also every time I order, which isn’t too often, they’re always out of one ingredient so I have to substitute. I guess I keep coming back in hopes that I get lucky with a decent sandwich and soup, and get what I paid for. Overall the food is good when prepared right, so I give an extra star.

Overall, The Baja Bowl is phenomenal when they actually have the ingredients in stock. It seems like a majority of the time they are out. My suggestion is to order in-store to make sure you are getting what you pay for
