This place was experiencing a lunch time rush on a cold day. Our beeper didnt tell us our food was ready but the staff went above and beyond helping me carry my tray to the table (just me and two tiny humans). We enjoyed a delicious lunch and my son celebrated with a mitten cookies. The staff was friendly and smiling despite being busy.

I asked for extra salad dressing but my lettuce was almost dry. They gave me a side of dressing when I went back to the counter. It was miniscule.

Very clean, but always out of bread bowls, to their credit it was late in the afternoon. They have great deals right now and if you’re a rewards member you get coupons and free treats. They recently introduced a Mediterranean grains salad which is full of goodness. This location is right off 41 and Jacaranda. It is in the heart of Venice. There is sufficient parking and you can also order online and pick up.

We had Panera Bread sandwiches at work today during our fun committee meeting at Amazon. THANKS for the yummy turkey and cheddar sandwich!!!!!!!!!!! The flavor wss a hit, but you will earn 5 stars when you add extra layers of meat and cheese!!!!!!!!!

Food was great. The staff has to multi- task due to a lack of staff. The restaurant was not as clean as one would hope. The floor was really sticky. The customers seem to be pretty good about cleaning up their tables.

Went for dinner this evening. Ordered a Harvest Medley Chicken Salad. There was only a half of a piece of Mandrain Orange. The store was absolutely filthy. Will not go back!

To the driver that just delivered Wellen Park ER’s order… SLOW DOWN. Elderly, sickly, and young people are often here. You shouldn’t be going 20+mph into this environment, just to deliver your order. Even being 20 minutes late. Safety is a big thing, and the Sarasota County Sheriff sitting at the ER bay had asked us if he should go out there and pull you over… that was unacceptable. We thought you may have been someone bringing a patient that’s dying. As for the food, we can tell how you were driving on the road because everything was everywhere, and the sandwiches were smashed or smeared in their packaging. The soups leaked as well.. This isn’t directed towards everyone at the shop, but that driver caused this review. The food was mainly room temp, guessing because it was delivered with other orders, but aside from that, we’re all eating it… please do better and I hope management or corporate corrects that individual. If that’s how they drive on the road, they might soon be a patient of ours. Hope you all have safe and happy holidays…

I am disappointed with the portion of a bowl of soup is not much larger than a cup anymore. I received my bowl of soup which was only half full. Sad to say, that is how all Panera Bread stores are serving bowls of soup now.
