A little chilly inside, bring a light jacket if you tend to get cool easily. Ordered the winter squash soup and a salad for the pick 2. I had asked for the salad to come with avocado instead of chicken at the register, but received chicken. The staff was helpful getting the correct salad.
The soup was creamy and delicious with a sprinkling of seed for texture. Really good. I enjoyed the beet crisps on the salad.

My husband & I ordered coffee. The coffee ran out when I got mine. A Panera associate got me a fresh cup of coffee from the back while making a new thermos of coffee. It was the best cup of coffee yet from Panera & very much appreciated!

Back 2 days later & wouldn’t You know the dark roast ran out. Another Panera associate greeted us friendly & made fresh coffee. I love this place!

Food was a bit bland, needed to add salt to the chicken noodle soup. The bread bowl was alright, no wow factor here. Staff was not knowledgeable about the menu. More likely will not return. The restaurant is nice and comfortable with plenty of seating room.

The dining room and drink station are filthy. The restroom was disgusting.
We have always loved Panera bread but this location has gone completely downhill with cleanliness. Hoping that they will turn this location around and come back to the Panera Bread quality we love.

This is why I don’t come to Panera anymore. Does their photo (1st one) look anything like what you get. Where’s the beef!! No I don’t want extra I just want what’s advertised! I only stopped to use a GC I’ve had for a couple years. Would never pay for it.

Like I was incompetent and because I called out how he was speaking to me and to watch his tone and that maybe more training is required because manager shouldn’t speak with a customer that way, he yells at me and says not to talk to him like that and quit being disrespectful as his manager and MY husband were listening. Mind you I ordered for my husband whom

Horrible customer service. Me and my sister were just trying to enjoy a nice simple dinner but felt like it was a burden and hassle to be there. The girls working there kept circling us waiting for us to leave when we had more than 20 minutes to sit and eat. I also did not get any avocado in my avocado BLT and will not be returning after this experience. Sadly, we ended up taking our food home.

I was going to get the creamy chicken and wild rice soup as a you pick two. I scrolled and saw the family soup for 4 deal for $21 dollars and decided I could get way more product that will last me a couple meals. I was wrong. When I got the meal I was severely disappointed in the amount I had gotten for the price. It was one container the size of 2 bowls worth of soup. I paid almost 9 dollars extra to get the same amount of product I could have gotten for $13. The way they advertise it is extremely misleading for the amount they actually give you. To make matters worse……they gave me chicken noodle soup instead of the soup I asked for. I spent 21 dollars on soup I can’t even eat because I am gluten sensitive. I hope the company can fix this issue. I learned my lesson today and wont make the mistake of going there again. Incredibly disappointed to waste so much money on nothing.
