We had the pleasure of being helped by Trish at Panera Bread, and she was absolutely wonderful. We’re in town for a wedding at Disney, and she was so sweet and genuinely engaging when she asked about our trip. She took the time to chat with us and made us feel so welcomed.

Located in the Champions Village area, this Panera sits in a “new” and “upscale” retail center. It has a very attractive outdoor dining area, and the inside is clean and spacious, with modern furnishings (such as a digital order update screen and touch-screen order kiosks).
Staff was friendly and helpful (the manager even came by to visit while I dined). Food was made-to-order, and arrived fresh and delicious. This is definitely one of the nicer Panera Bread locations I’ve had the pleasure of experiencing. Would gladly visit again!

Cashier was great in greeting us and taking our order. He was very attentive and cleaned often when he had free time. Manager on the shift was pleasant making sure people walking in were taken cared of.

Very watery ice coffee. Ice coffee should never be lighter in color than iced tea. I don’t understand why this is such a difficult thing for Panera stores to figure out. I have gone to cafe’s in NH, MA, CT, VA, FL and more of them have blah ice coffee than good. 2 pretty consistent locations with good ice coffee are the Panera by SeaWorld in FL and the Panera in Leominster MA.
The Panera chain likes to claim consistency but their ice coffee is not consistently good.

I want call call out the staff here. They are the best of any Panera I’ve visited over the years. Always smiling, friendly, and eager to please. Kudos also to the manager who does such a good job selecting staff.

Great food and excellent service, even for a large group. Despite the restaurant being busy, everything was served quickly and efficiently. The staff was friendly and attentive throughout our visit.

We had just landed in Orlando, Florida, we were so exhausted on our arrival due to our early departure to our destination. We decided to stop and eat at Panera bread , We all had spicy fiesta chicken, since am a coffee drinker, I ordered for cappuccino. The service was amazing Thank you to all the staff ❤️

Picked up my order, and it was ready when I arrived. I did receive an email notification stating that my order was delayed for the original pickup time, but I also received a notification stating when my order was ready. I liked that because I didn’t get there and have to sit there and wait, just grab n go.
