I get up to the window, pay for my food, and check the bag. No sauce. I ask for the tarter sauce. The employee states that he put the tarter sauce on the Burger. I told the employee I wanted the sauce for my fries. He offered to remake the Burger. On the request of the employee, I handed my order back through the window. I was told to pull around front. I did. I waited for 5 minutes, longer than it took to make my original order. I met the employee at the front door. I looked in the bag, pulled out a fry, and noticed they were cold, so I went up to the counter and asked for new fries. I received fries from the basket, already sitting in the warming tray.
I drove home, it took 40 minutes in traffic. When I pulled out my Burger, I noticed it was a Whopper Jr with cheese. It was also sloppily made. Heavy pickles also apparently means three. I also received one sauce, ranch.
I called the restaurant. The employee who talked to me gave me the order number and ID. She couldn’t reimburse my credit card or issue a gift card. They could only remake the Burger. I wasn’t driving another hour and a half.
I looked up Burger King to get a corporate number or customer service. I couldn’t find anything. I did find a website that allows you to input your information and someone will contact you.
A Burger King employee, Jessica, did contact me. Over multiple emails, I told Jessica what happened. I provided the location address and phone number, my order, order number and ID, how I purchased, and a screenshot of the transaction from my bank app. I didn’t have the receipt, as the original employee who helped me did not put it in the bag or hand it to me. After all that, I was told that they couldn’t help me, but they have forwarded my experience to the franchisee owner and management team.
I don’t feel like the employees at the restaurant in Everett cared about their customers and it doesn’t seem like corporate does either.
I included the two pictures I took of my Burger. Does that look appetizing? No, it does not. That is the remade Burger, which ended up being a Whopper Jr. I used to love Burger King. Now it is overpriced and the quality and customer service are in the toilet.
He told me to go park my car cause they’re still cooking the food. But the whole conversation from him was just very unprofessional. Parked my car then after a few minutes he came out and hand me my CRUMPLED BAG OF FOOD and coffee. This freaking worker didn’t closed the coffee lid tightly and it hit my window and spill all over me and my car seat. This worker didn’t do shit he just walked away like nothing happened. Very unprofessional. IM NEVER COMING BACK IN THIS BK.
The service was fine.
But not having the playground available for kids was unpleasant.
In the 20 minutes we were there two families turned around because the inconvenience.
And we would of left if we would of known that area isn’t available to your customers.
Hopefully they’ll open that area soon.
Spicy chicken sandwich was good. Huge chicken patty, delicious, crispy, juicy and tender. 8 count Chicken nuggets was hot, crispy and delicious they are 100 times better than McD nuggets. Quick and friendly service .
Been open for just over a week now. And I’ve mostly gone to the drive-thru.
But the kiddos wanted to eat inside. So this is our tale of eating inside the new BK on Evergreen way, across from Fred Meyer.
Firstly, the manager seemed out of place. Dressed in a suit with 2 watches on (one gold) and was very focused on getting drive-thru times down.
And while he was leading by example, and helping during the busiest time (dinner).
He was also bypassing paying attention to anything other than drive-thru.
In the pics, you’ll see that there weren’t any lids for our cups. And when I asked the cashier for some lids, she went to go find them after assisting the customer she was with.
Which is when the manager said, ignore the lids and help get these orders out the window.
I even explained that I was the customer that asked for the lids. And asked if he was the manager (which was obvious by the way he dressed) but still.
He replied yes, I explained that I asked for the lids, he asked how many. I asked for 4, and he grabbed them from the drive-thru area, before returning to focusing on those orders.
As a previous fast food worker and manager.
I get it, drive-thru times are how you as the manager get your pay/bonuses.
So while some might say that I’m going to look down on the employees or how the manager ran his store.
This is simply a cry for help for them, along with the review. So, if you’re in Everett, and need work. And don’t mind working in the fast food industry.
This place needs help, they need more staff.
