This rating is more of the Chicken sandwich and not of the Panera location or it’s staff. I decided to try their new spicy chicken sandwich as advertised looked very appetizing. I love Panera and eat here frequently but this sandwich is paltry and not very good. It is very small and the piece of chicken barely fit the roll. In fact, the last two bites were nothing but roll. I’m surprised that quality control even allows this portion to be served. Very disappointed. Staff is great. Service great. Chicken sandwich, not great. #stevensleavin

First time here, place was clean, everyone was friendly, had a chicken avocado sandwich, NO gouda, and it was delicious! Wife had a ham on sourdough and really liked it, they have some apple cranberry tea that they call charged, ( caffeinated) that was also pretty good. Menu is a bit confusing but got thru with a little help. A little pricey but we will be back.

This is the dirtiest Panera I have ever been to. There is garbage all over the carpet that looks like it hasn’t been vacuumed in days, and all the tables are dirty and clearly look like they haven’t been cleaned as the day progresses. For an eating establishment, the cleanliness is disgustingly poor. If the health inspector came in, they would surely be fined.

Just came in to test out the free drink coupon I get after paying 9.95 and was greeted by “Michele”. Michele greeted me with an attitude and raised eyebrows as though she was annoyed that someone was making her do her job. Obviously she doesn’t have great people skills and should maybe refrain from being on register until she can learn how to talk to people. Thanks for the warm welcoming Michele!!!

I needed to get some work done on my computer and this place was a perfect place to do that…. there were outlets for me to plug into. I recently went to a Panera in Coral Springs, FL area and there was no outlet for me to plug into and the layout of the place was horrible.

The service was wonderful. The soup was good the sandwich was ok. The lettuce on the sandwich was minimal and some of it was rotten, as was the filling of the sandwich. This was my first time at this restaurant and will be my last. It was on the expensive side and not worth what I paid. For the soup, 1/2 sandwich and drink it was 17.05.

The food is very good, but it is surprisingly expensive. The average-tasting chicken sandwiches there cost almost $12 each! While the truly excellent chicken sandwiches available at Popeyes cost less than half that much.

They have a wide variety of bread that makes you want to go every day to try a different type of bread. The ☕ unfortunately was not so good but probably was just the day I went. My ☕ isn’t the same every day. The store was clean, which is very important to me to see that fact because it makes me trust that the food I am eating is fresh. The furniture is comfortable. The price is a bit high for my liking but I cannot deny that they deserve the 5 star.
