Driving through to Austin, I drove a little off course to get to this location and I am so glad I did. I had what was the best Burger King whopper at this location, everything was so fresh, the produce, the slightly toasted bun and the juicy hamburger patty was just perfect, the staff was very friendly and attentive, keep up the amazing job, looks like I will now be getting my Burger King fix in Alice TX ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Very Very best water burgers but their customers are so rude there were yelling at the employees and cussing at the employees. I have no idea what their problem was just because they were waiting outside. In their cars, for over 45 minutes and their food was not ready they came inside and waited. Maybe 20 minutes more, and we’re demanding a refund. We were the first ones there.An the place was empty and it took 47 minutes to get twp orders. People it takes time to make a perfect burger. This place overcharged me for a whole meal that wasn’t even in the bag and didn’t have shakes for the SpongeBob meal. I wanted a refund but would have to wait for the manager to get there and I didn’t want to wait so I told them I would take the order but they didn’t even add the order that I was charged for!! Then we get home with our meals and everything looked just thrown together like without any effort. I keep trying to call to speak to a manager and nobody answers the phone. Worst service ever.

When I went to pick up an order I had 2 drinks and I had on my brace for my shoulder that I had surgery and still healing well she gave me the bag also with the food. And I tell her can I have a cup hold them trays they have to put the cups well she went to get it and put it on the counter… Like hello put the drinks on that tray finish your job be considerate. So unprofessional. I have no idea who trained that little girl. Then a little girl walks in the place and she stands by the counter and whistles like a man and I look at that little worker and she turns around and looks at the other little girl that whistles so getto no order in that place at all
