First I want to write I don’t like to blast people especially when the service was really good the cashier was wonderful. She was engaging, kind, caring sweet all of that but then I get my sandwich home and I look at it and realized I spent $9 for bread and very little meat. Where’s the meat?

I spent my last $25 dollars on a combo teriyaki chicken bowl, broccoli cheddar Mac and cheese bread bowl with a large Dr Pepper and a side of chips only to receive half of a tuna sandwich and a small white cheddar Mac and cheese and they were lucky they were closed before I got back there in time. Awful people I curse and rebuke u all.

Great experience at Panera Bread yesterday. Large, very clean restaurant. They kept constantly cleaning it during my visit. Lots of space and seating and my order was ready to go quickly. Chicken noodle soup tasted fresh and homemade, turkey sandwich was delicious. Definitely recommend this store! Lots of parking too.

The Paneras on 4th street and 19th Avenue has a turnover in staff almost every week. They aren’t trained and cannot make cappuccino or lattes correctly. They haven’t had decaf espresso beans for over three weeks. I watched the staff slice a bagel (their slicing machine was broken) and the ‘barrister’ (I use this term loosely) butchered the bagel—but still wrapped it up for the customer. It took them over 8 minutes to make my iced latte and had to call someone to the front to operate the coffee grinder. My advice is to get a new manager to train these employees how to make coffee before they wait on precious customers that can choose to go to many other coffee shops and be able to enjoy a $5+ latte that’s made correctly and enjoyable. After frequenting this location every Saturday for years, I’ve had it! I will not spend any more time or money there.

I wanted to really thank the staff at this location for the effort they put into making a HUGE last-minute order happen! Our company was trying to feed the staff at a hospital down south right after hurricane Ian hit. We put in orders with several locations just to get a call later saying they will cancel it. Not these guys! They went out of their way to make sure the order was fulfilled with no issues, mistakes or delays. THANK YOU!

When we arrived we were immediately greet with a warm hello and how may I help you. There was no line, but about all the seat were filled with customers happily eating food. The place was very clean and welcoming. They also have a quiet room for studying, which can be used by anyone and can be rented out for large groups. The female employee named Alex was also very helpful and made sure I made it to my table, helping me carry some of our food. I would definitely recommend coming to this Panera bread.
