Really enjoyed having lunch there! The staff were so friendly on December 12. The sandwiches are nicely toasted and fresh! Love the broccoli cheddar soup. Great dark coffee too 🙂 I don’t know why I don’t come here more often.

Compared to all other Panera bread stores, here I feel like less quantity for a bowl size soup.
Almost same quantity for cup and bowl.

ZYE was busy replenishing items and stopped to take my order. Love the great autumn squash soup, usually a fall seasonal favorite but still here in mid January. I ask for double pumpkin seeds and sub apple for the baguette
Great ice tea refills here with a few versions, unsweet tea, lightly sweetened green. There are three tea versions behind the order counter.
Update 12/18/25. RACHEL went above and beyond today at busy lunchtime. I can in with my very busy grandson and accidentally orders an additional bowl of soup. No problem RACHEL
Took care of it by taking my card and had it delivered to my table. Thank you!

RENIER has always been friendly to me and my grandson here.
Accessible restroom with grab bars.
Accessible van parking in free lot off street, curb cuts.
Indoor tables and booths and outdoor tables in closed courtyard with umbrellas. All accessible

What happened to this place? I ordered a bagel. 15 minutes later it was marked as ready. It was not. Then they gave me attitude about needing it to go. Funny thing? There was no one else there.

And the last time I was here they had the bottom half of our sandwiches swapped.

This place used to be wonderful.

Another great Panera location. Staff are friendly and the store layout is great for flow and maneuvering through the dining room. One small quirk – the street-side door is exit only and locked to the outside. I happened to walk up from that side and was initially confused about how to get in, but a quick walk to the other side and I was at the front of the store where I easily found the well-marked entrance. The seating is tailored to the compressed space, providing lots of space for 2-person tables, perfect for remote working or lunch with a friend. They also have a wonderful community room, which is a great space to work or have a group event. Overall, a wonderful place to visit and eat!

I love to meet friends here . It is a great place to be social. Their espresso is rich and not bitter. I love their baked goods . They have healthy food options . I like that I can get a sliced Apple with my soup instead of bread when I’m going in the opposite direction of gluten. The servers are friendly. They run a clean operation here . I really love this location . They also have a cute courtyard outside to dine .

I had a very disappointing experience at Panera Bread (Store #3345 in St. Petersburg, Florida) due to the behavior and attitude of both the manager and the employee preparing the food.

The way they spoke to my mother was condescending and made it seem as though they did not want our business. While we were waiting, my mother’s soup was left sitting out while other orders were prepared, and no one acknowledged that it belonged to her.

Because it had been sitting out unattended, my mother politely requested a fresh soup. The manager responded with an attitude and stated that “all the soup is the same room temperature.” However, my chicken noodle soup was served piping hot, so that statement was clearly not accurate.

When my mother asked to speak with the manager, the manager was already the one serving the food, and another employee became involved as well. While the cashier was polite, both the manager and the other employee continued to display a nasty and disrespectful attitude.

As a customer, this level of service was extremely unprofessional and made us feel as though we were not valued or appreciated.

When I asked for the general manager’s contact information, I was initially told no, and after asking again, I was only provided with what turned out to be the store’s phone number.

This experience was very disappointing, and I hope this location takes customer service more seriously moving forward.

I ordered online. Got a text saying my order was ready. Went in and got my bag and headed to the car. Thought the bag felt light so I checked it, my sandwich was missing. Even though there was a checkmark next to everything stating it was all in there. Went back in to get my sandwich, which still had to be prepared. Finally got my sandwich and headed home. Opened my wrapper and the bread for my sandwich was burnt. Took a few bites of the soup and felt it just didnt taste right. Less than a half hour of finishing, I was in the bathroom throwing up. Pretty sure the soup was bad. Thank goodness I only took a few bites. I will NEVER be back to this Panera.

Great experience at Panera Bread yesterday. Large, very clean restaurant. They kept constantly cleaning it during my visit. Lots of space and seating and my order was ready to go quickly. Chicken noodle soup tasted fresh and homemade, turkey sandwich was delicious. Definitely recommend this store! Lots of parking too.

My dad and I visited the 4th street store in St Pete today. The order was simple. He got a bowl of chili, which was more like a cup than a bowl; I got a cookie and a chai tea latte, and a bowl of cheddar broccoli to go home. My soup was prepared for eat in, I had to tell them it was wrong and wait for it to be changed. I had to wait over 10 minutes at the counter to get my chai tea latte! Meanwhile, my father was eating as I waited on the staff to make a small drink. The chai tea latte was the worst tasting one I’ve ever had at a Panera bread. When we got in line, there was one else there. There is no reason I should have waited this long, except that our cashier immediately became a customer, and got her food and left long before I had my drink! Needless to say, we will not be spending anymore money at a Panera Bread Co!
