Almost same quantity for cup and bowl.
Great ice tea refills here with a few versions, unsweet tea, lightly sweetened green. There are three tea versions behind the order counter.
Update 12/18/25. RACHEL went above and beyond today at busy lunchtime. I can in with my very busy grandson and accidentally orders an additional bowl of soup. No problem RACHEL
Took care of it by taking my card and had it delivered to my table. Thank you!
RENIER has always been friendly to me and my grandson here.
Accessible restroom with grab bars.
Accessible van parking in free lot off street, curb cuts.
Indoor tables and booths and outdoor tables in closed courtyard with umbrellas. All accessible
And the last time I was here they had the bottom half of our sandwiches swapped.
This place used to be wonderful.
The way they spoke to my mother was condescending and made it seem as though they did not want our business. While we were waiting, my mother’s soup was left sitting out while other orders were prepared, and no one acknowledged that it belonged to her.
Because it had been sitting out unattended, my mother politely requested a fresh soup. The manager responded with an attitude and stated that “all the soup is the same room temperature.” However, my chicken noodle soup was served piping hot, so that statement was clearly not accurate.
When my mother asked to speak with the manager, the manager was already the one serving the food, and another employee became involved as well. While the cashier was polite, both the manager and the other employee continued to display a nasty and disrespectful attitude.
As a customer, this level of service was extremely unprofessional and made us feel as though we were not valued or appreciated.
When I asked for the general manager’s contact information, I was initially told no, and after asking again, I was only provided with what turned out to be the store’s phone number.
This experience was very disappointing, and I hope this location takes customer service more seriously moving forward.
