My usual bread place was closed today so I decided to come get a loaf of tomato basil bread. The girl first cut the loaf in half then ran it separately through the bread cutter resulting in this awful mess that was only half of what I was supposed to get….you guys owe me a half of a loaf still….handed it to me full with air. Never again! Absolutely atrocious, I don’t even want to eat this after receiving it! This bread is not cheap and to have it presented in this way is beyond my comprehension…looks like stale bread that should be given to ducks

The most unprofessional Panera we have ever been too. I gave it two tries and both times astounded at the level of service. This evening I went there was not one single order in front of mine I ordered and walked to the food making area I wish I took a picture so I could post what these workers do behind the counter every single person that is supposed to prepare food had a cell phone in their hands including the manager. Then they began making my food after touching their phones. I went to the front and asked for management to my astonishment one of the people on her cell phone was a evening assistant manager, I asked her if she thought that was sanitary or professional this was her response “I am aloud to be on my phone and yes they can be on their cell phones when its slow behind the counter by the food” I then said to her so this is a regular thing that you guys do? She said yes, I said your touching your phones then touching my food she said we have gloves on and I replied touching your phone with gloves then my food is unsanitary she then said anything else? and walked away. She then walked in the back told all the workers I complained while making my food and took her phone back out. My other experiences were similar workers on their phones not making the food or making poor quality food. I do not recommend this establishment at all and believe management needs to get involved. Also Id like to add yes my order was the only order at that time but they had tons of patrons in the restaurant observing this level of unprofessional and unsanitary level of service I truly hope someone comes in from food safety and sanitation.

Great place and great food. My only complaint is that they don’t offer ANY type of Senior Discounts or First Responder Discounts. Everything is pay pay pay. And the incentives being given out are extremely small considering how much money is spent by customers.

Most Panera’s have excellent service, but unfortunately this location is a mess. This was not during a busy rush, mid morning on a weekday. We ordered 3 bagels to be toasted and with cream cheese- after about 20mins- I approached the counter to ask about our order and why other orders placed after ours have like breakfast sandwiches have come out (which are prepared orders) and ours was just toasted bagels have not- the answer, “we are working on it”. Again after 5 more mins, I approached the counter, they said it’s coming. My thoughts why have 4 employees behind a food prep counter doing nothing while the one person at the register being responsible to toast bagels- at this point I stay at the counter, and then finally a bag is handed to me….all for it to be someone else’s order!?! Poorly run location, management should be ashamed. I asked for a refund as I was not ready to wait for my order again. There was no apolog

Do not come to this location. They do not know what customer service is. The manager answered the phone and was very unfriendly when I asked her to add my apartment number to my address to ensure my order was correctly delivered. When she told me she can’t, I asked her “so now I won’t get my order because you won’t add my apartment number?” And she said “yes that is correct”. Do yourself a favor and avoid the frustrations. Go elsewhere.

I’ve visited Panera Bread a couple of times, and unfortunately, I found it to be slightly overpriced and the food quality was not up to par. The service was average at best. In comparison, I’ve had a much better experience at First Watch.

Literally the worst experience I’ve ever had at a Panera. The food was okay, we customized food slightly (extra steak on a sandwich) and that wasn’t there, but the food wasn’t the problem. Every employee is screaming across the kitchen having personal conversations. You can’t hear any of the customers, only their cackling laugh and yelling. I’ve heard “oh my god Sarah” 15 times in the last 30 mins. The girls behind the counter were so rude to every customer that questioned their orders (there were several). It’s 4:30pm on a Sunday. It’s not super busy. If there is so much time to hang around and talk then why are the tables all dirty, the tea and lemonade are empty….. Guys with long hair working in the kitchen without hairnets…. I would rather drive 30mins to go to another location
