Came in today, on Sunday. Mood was spoiled for the other half of the day. Had a worst service and an attitude from girl wearing red shirt and “catering” tag on her shirt. She was handling cash register and making drinks and getting pastry with her long brown hair hanging all over the place and cherry on the top- put her fingers over the rim of my glass when I asked for water glass. Then she gave me a total of $.17.36 for duet special that should have been $6.99 and a cup of tea that is $2.39 when I asked why my bill was over $17 she tells me “because of chicken” .what chicken? I’ve never asked for chicken! Even after giving my club # twice to her she presented me with total of $12. She was totally clueless and confused. Than I got a tiny Greek salad even though I asked twice for extra olives and cheese. It’s a bloody shame if she is in charge of handling catering and carry out, because I am pretty sure most of the orders are screwed up or billed incorrectly or both.

Just avoid this place and just go to a local deli or Publix for a soup and sandwich. My wife and I both got a pick 2. My wife’s sandwich had cold spots and her soup was room temperature. I ordered a Smoky Buffalo Chicken Melt and it only tasted like olives and the sandwich was not cut in half. $35 for below average food. It’s been years since I’ve been to a Panera Bread and it was significantly better then.

For a quick bite to eat, with healthy options, this is a great location. Additionally, although this visit was a lunch, you can’t beat their specialty drinks/lattes & coffees along with a luscious bakery treat. Great for Wi-Fi use if you’re alone and need a snack and quiet place to work. Kid friendly 🙂

I would never go to this place if you payed me. I ordered the green goddess sandwich melt and they put an ingredient on it that was spicy. I always order this Sandwitch and that ingredient never came on it. So I called because I did an online order and picked it up when I got back to work I noticed it was sooooo spicy. So when I called and talked to a KIM they said they were the night time manager and just ask for her. So naturally when I arrived I asked for KIM this other rude manager DARIA said and I quote “I can take care of you KIM doesn’t know anything about anything”Immediately had an attitude with me she talked to me like I was stupid. I nicely explained what had happened and she replied what do you want me to do about it? I was simply asking if they could exchange my sandwich. I took one bite of it not too much to ask, especially when I order from there all of the time.I asked if I could get a gift card and I’ll order something else another day because I was so turned off by her attitude. She rolled her eyes. Didn’t say anything walked to the back came back five minutes later. And stated why would I give you a gift card just order something else. She proceeded to argue with me that the ingredient that was spicy ALWAYS comes in the sandwich blah blah blah. I was speechless I have never had anyone talk to me so rudely and I’m not the type to even write reviews but I felt like if she could take time out of her day to be rude and offensive so could I. I wasn’t even upset that I had to drive back to get a new sandwich or that the sandwich was spicy ️. I was just asking what my options where idk why she got so mad that I asked a simple question. Non the less everyone else especially BREE was amazing. I feel bad for the employees that have to DEAL with that @$$ for a boss. So DARIA if you see this maybe get out of the customer service industry because it’s clearly not for you. You know the saying don’t quite your day job….well I think you should quote your day job.

I think Panera Bread is very pricey. That’s my opinion. They completely messed my order up, plus it takes forever for it to come out . The food is decent. But again, it can be expensive for a family .
