Everything was wrong today at Panera bread the salad was tasteless with all green no lettuce and a bowl half filled. I had to go ask for a refill. We paid $33 and change for two salad combinations way too expensive. Don’t go here!

Marcus and Edgar were amazing. Professional, efficient and friendly service provided by both individuals. The restaurant was clean and had a calm, relaxing atmosphere! Another gentleman was there working, actively back and forth behind the counter, didn’t get his name. Overall, an excellent experience in customer service!

Place progressively became worse. Came in this morning around 11 am. asked for cup of regular tea. Girl at the counter asked if I want an iced tea I replied “No, I want regular tea” ( you have to brew hot tea first to make iced tea, no?). I should have mentioned that there was no greeting from her once or ever- no “Good morning!”, ” How are you?” or even “How can I help?” , just a nod. So anyways she proceeds charging me for an iced tea, which is 50 cents more, not asking me for “My Panera” card or the phone number. So, I asked her if the hot tea is the same price, she replied “Yes!”. African American girl in black T-shirt with “Catering” embroidery , who was standing next to her just rolled her eyes and step to next register. So I asked if the manager is around and AA girl said she is a manager and asked me if I wanted a difference back . She hasn’t even mentioned that she is trying to give me the change back. I should have told her to keep the change as a tip for being rude and unprofessional. Forgot to mentioned that they were out of most of the bagels with many display shelves are empty as if I came there 5 min. before close time. I also should add that I don’t really blame these young ladies, but rather idiot managers and supervisors from Covelli corporation, who don’t provide adequate and systematic training.

Pick 2 soup/sandwich are small portions and cost 15$ way to much for getting such an insignificant amount of food. I dont see this company in business for much longer if they dont step up and give better portions.

Cost $15.00 bucks so I ordered a pick 2 soup/half of sandwich and was very disappointed at the portions!. I remember when Panera gave healthy portions! What happened? I say SHORT THE STOCK!

I opted for the chicken pesto sandwich paired with the strawberry caprese salad. Honestly, I didn’t like the salad– the ingredients felt a bit off in terms of freshness, so I kinda had to push myself to finish it. The sandwich, though was good – it had an Italian flair to it that worked pretty well.
