I placed an order for delivery that clearly states “plain, just ham & Gouda cheese” but they put mustard which means = sandwich will go in the trash. Order # 938279461 When I called an employee named Lilly picked up and didn’t believe that my order was wrong…. I had to put my husband on the phone to confirm they got the order wrong (as if I was 2 yrs old). Panera management pls know your employee Lilly was beyond rude and should not represent your company. My guess is that Panera has lowered their standards by hiring awful people. Very disappointing.

Ok so i ordered a turkey avocado BLT because they SLAP, but they didn’t have avocados today (no big deal, I still got the sandwich) ANYWAYS I go on my merrily little way only to come home and discover that there is NO BACON on my BLT. I was in shock. I mean, I guess it was my fault for not checking the sandwich before leaving but i really shouldn’t have to in the first place. I still ate it tho, and it was still fire. I’m not mad or anything, don’t worry. I was just giving a heads up to remember the “B” in BLT”

Quick easy ordering and pick up. Place pretty clean also. Only thing is music from speakers outside is too loud and it was hard to converse. We had to ask them to tone it down. They did but only a tad bit… who wants music blasting for breakfast anyway when you’re still trying to get caffeine in your system?
