Amazing friendly staff! All of them should be getting promotions to district leaders as they know how to run a business properly! Kuddos to all of the great people at this location. I have made many recommendations for clients to come and meet here as it is a great coffee shop in the area.

The restaurant experience was fine. Like, not good, not awful, but okay.
The staff were super kind and I have no complaints about the service, but my order was not really good. Again, not awful, but my lettuce was browned and the size of the salad was laughable. I don’t expect a full size salad of course because I ordered a pick 2, but it was definitely the lettuce from the bottom of the canister, as well as extremely unripe tomatoes.

One of the best Panera location around. It was clean, very kept up. Staff is friendly and attentive. This girl stopped what she was doing and asked me “what would I like” even though, I was only the second in line. Location is hard to find but plenty of parking and mall is around the corner. All Panera Breads should be like that.

Panera needs to hire morning people. The workers energies were off. Based on how you are that’s how food is. Not everyone can work with food. I wasted $20. Last time I made an order they had my order wrong (I couldn’t go back and ask them to change it because I was already at work.) Today I ordered in store the sandwich didn’t taste good they barely put avocado, my Crembule iced latte tastes bitter. Yea I won’t be coming back for breakfast.

I normally like eating in here, but today I did a takeout and when I got home, Technically the sandwich was okay to the naked eye, but when I saw the chips had obvious signs of rats eating through packages, I immediately felt sick thinking about what else they got into behind the counter.

I’ve been coming to this Panera Bread location for over 5 years and I even have the Unlimited Sip Club membership. Sadly, every afternoon it’s the same story: there’s either no coffee left or what’s left is cold. I don’t use microwaves because they’re toxic, so this is a real issue for me.
The music is often way too loud — instead of creating a relaxed atmosphere, it becomes overwhelming and distracting, especially when trying to read, work, or simply enjoy a moment of peace.
Many times I’ve had to clean my own table, which should never happen in an establishment like this. While I truly enjoy the food and most of the employees are friendly and helpful, the general management of this location feels careless and disconnected.
On several occasions, I’ve also witnessed loud, aggressive arguments from a group of older men who meet here regularly. They speak and shout as if they’re at home, completely disregarding families, children, or elderly customers around them. It’s unacceptable and creates an uncomfortable environment.
This location has great potential, but it desperately needs better supervision, a calmer atmosphere, and basic respect for loyal customers who come here every day.

Twice now, they have left out major ingredients to my online breakfast sandwich order. By the time I eat my sandwich I am already at work and am not able to have it corrected. Very frustrating.
