I’m a big time Jersey Mikes advocate for years. I came to this location more than once. But like all experiences it only takes one bad experience to make you not return and leave a 1 star.
Usually I get a number 13 and the meat is always great. This last order I received today however the meat was PAPER THIN. Can even see through it. I had my lettuce and onions thicker than the actual sub meat.
I get trying to save your location cost and money but honestly this is not the right way of doing business if you’re trying to save cost.

Completely wrong order didn’t even get close to my order literally the exact opposite idk what happened but something isn’t right there ordered Mike’s way and put certain items removed and added so don’t bother using notes they don’t look at them anyway

As usual my order was wrong. A turkey sub doesn’t even come with mayo and it had so much mayo. I requested no cheese (I’m allergic), there was cheese. Whole thing in the trash. There was NO Tomato, No salt, NO pepper, NO olive oil, NO vinegar and NO oregano. All that comes on the sandwich was not there. They did get the no onions correct. 1 thing right out of 8. Wow. This place has gotten so bad its not even worth going anymore. People have choices and when a business doesn’t care I can’t spend hard earned money there anymore. Pretty sure this location is a franchise. I guess with absentee owner. Oh well….so many places to get a real sub.

Wasn’t happy w my experience asked questions on Friday specials..the girl said not sure I just started working here so I wouldn’t know then I told her exactly what I wanted and she’s was about to put the opposite in my sandwich no listening skills didn’t know about the company policies had to ask for a bag for my to go delivery also wasn’t sure about the points in my app! And then these people expect tip when they don’t even put in the effort to get it right on top of a $15 sandwich!!

They were super busy today because of the local charity event but they were handling it with ease. The sandwich was awesome! Forgot to take a pic of it before 3/4 of it was gone!

Bathroom has the same nasty scum on the floor and under the sink for months, dirty toilet, no hand soap and my wife no toilet paper in the ladys br. Food, service always good. Please hire a professional cleaning person to come in once a week please to scrub the place. Your customers will appreciate it.
