During my visit to Panera, I was delighted by the inviting atmosphere, friendly staff, and delicious menu options. However, one notable drawback was the unfortunate abundance of flies in the restaurant. What the heck happened??? Did Covid make y’all forget what good service does for you? no one at the register….your kiosk machines swipe only instead of using the chip???? why? have you not heard of identity theft? hackers? I would have used cash but no cashier…now getting to the food…no real spoons (plastic)…no trays…I had to make two trips to bring the food to the table… over half of the tables where dirty….like sticky dirty…my guess is no trays and no employees equals nasty cafeteria…..the soup!!!!!! my favorite part of your existence, you guys put water in the bowl and then you put the actual thick soup on top…..the first two spoon fulls where delicious spoonfuls of soup….yum!! but I didn’t see chicken so then I stirred the soup and the water that was at the bottom made the soup extremely watery……shame on you….charge me $8 and then give me a bowl of F’ing watery soup…the Chicken avocado sandwich had a small piece of avocado and very little chicken….my wife’s steak sandwich was almost without steak…..your price for this meal before Covid was about $24 today $31….the difference was that at least before the food was worth it. I know times are tough, but I don’t see Chipotle skimping on everything…that’s why they will survive Covid and you will go with Atlanta bread company….sorry to have to review you so harshly but it’s two hours later and I’m already hungry again…..I shouldn’t be, but your pathetic meal sucked. I feel like you owe me some money and time back.

The place is disgusting and no wonder it’s been shut down by inspectors. Carpet extremely soiled, dead flies on top of cinnamon buns, roaches running by the soda machine, coffee that taste like hydraulic fluid and horrific customer service. This place doesn’t even compare to other Paneras we have visited in other parts of the state. Management needs to shut it down, do a complete make over, fire all servers and cooks and rehire new staff. A total reboot if they want to have a chance to survive in Weston!

Lousy experience all around today. Could hardly understand the cashier. Waited forever for our food and then the soups were luke-warm & tasteless. Turkey sandwich was tasteless and the bread seemed stale. Could not find but 1 table in the entire restaurant that was clean. Most had people’s leftovers all over them. By far the worst run Panera we’ve been in. Not what you expect in Weston!

Panera can do no wrong in my books. We need one in Jamaica. This particular branch on Weston is homey, and i always saw a sweet bubbly cashier named Eliza. She feels like your favourite aunt at Thanksgiving. I love the food. It’s definitely one of the healthier fast food options at a good price point, with friendly staff and a clean atmosphere. Salads, soups, sandwiches and tasty desserts. Food always fresh. Panera wins. Shame I took so long to discover it.

Beware! A large is only 3 tablespoons. I learned too late when I was already home. I called to see if that is how the mac and cheese is served and packed and she said that there is supposed to be “some space so that it will stay fresh.” Thanks for the alliteration but I don’t think so. I know how to maintain food and this was just a ripoff at the rate of $9.49. I hope you learn business management the hard way.
