This Panera location honestly surprises me that it’s still open. The place is filthy, completely disorganized, and the staff keeps marking mobile orders as “ready” even when they’re nowhere near done. My order showed as ready in the app, but I ended up waiting another 30 minutes for it. If they can’t get basic cleanliness or accurate order timing right, something needs to change fast. Definitely not the Panera experience you expect.

I haven’t had much success with delivery from various places in the past, often facing issues with services like DoorDash or Uber Eats. However, for the first time in years, I had a fantastic delivery experience directly from Panera Bread. Everything was smooth, from placing the order to the timely arrival of my food. The food was delicious and fresh, and the delivery driver was very professional. I definitely recommend people order from Panera, especially if you’re looking for a reliable and enjoyable delivery experience!

So I walked in to pick up an order for a customer. And when I arrived at the counter where the register is, a guy walked over to ask how he could help. I gave him the name of the person I was picking up for. He pointed to the area for pickup and said it’s over there. So I walk over to the other counter. He’s back there as well but he’s not facing me, his back is to me. There was a lady at the counter facing me plus two other workers. She was speaking in Spanish having a conversation with the guy, who pointed me to the pick up area. No one greeted me or told me they will be right with me. So after about 2-3 mins waiting. I spoke up and said hello my order is late. The Lady says oh he’s working on it was only 2 mins she’s explainig. My point is the guy didn’t say I’ll help you over at the other counter/ pick-up area. Then when I got there I was ignored. And the lady kept trying to over talk me instead of apologizing for ignoring me & making excuses as to why no one said anything to me. This Panera Bread has poor customer service, a simple hello would’ve gone a long way. As a African American woman, I pay attention to how people address me or if they don’t. Sometimes it’s people just showing their bais. But either way customers should come first and be greeted. Not have to listen to how great you are at closing the store & so forth. If you go to this location I hope you have a better experience than I did.

The Panera store located at 88th Street and SW 136th Avenue is extremely organized. They delivered all the items we ordered through Uber Eats in excellent condition, well-wrapped, and nicely packaged. Everything was perfect! Nothing was missing, which is often an issue at the other Panera Bread store on 152nd Street and SW 127th Avenue. We highly recommend this Panera location!

Nice location. I had the Broccoli and Cheese soup. The bread was free with it. The soup was a good balance between the broccoli and cheese – I don’t like super cheesy soups and this was not like that, it was a good blend.
There’s plenty of seating, I went there at 1230pm on a Wednesday. The only thing I would like to see more of are outdoor tables. They have 3 and when I arrived they were taken. But of course! The day was lovely and airy so of course people are enjoying Panera and being outside in the fresh air.

This Panera needs new management. From the moment we ordered, we could tell there was tension between the employees. The dining area floor was dirty with chip bags and the straw wrappers; Tables had crumbs and had not been cleaned; we were not given a pager when we ordered so we were listening for our name when we look up and see our food on the counter. I asked the lady behind the counter if she had called our name because we didn’t hear it and she just shrugged her shoulders; part of my order was also missing; So sad to see a good franchise like Panera looking so unkept. I tend to go to the Panera by the Falls and have not seen these issues there. This can all easily be remedied with good management.

This is a nice place in the area. It’s quiet, clean, great location, nice ambiance.. and they usually have great food. The kids loves it.
Last time something funny happened kids both got their croissants melted, I also ordered a chicken avocado melt, which is one of my favorite things to eat, but hey! they didn’t put the melt part on it. My sandwich was cold, really cold. I went to the counter and told a woman what occurred. To my surprise, she told me that sandwich was right that way. Funny because one, I have a great memory, two, it wasn’t the first time I requested for a melt sandwich, and three, behind the kitchen, on the wall on a very nice quality print, was the same sandwich and yes, it was toasted and the cheese melted. To be fair, this argument only took a split of second in my head.. I didn’t had to argue or anything because the lady was polite and asked whether I wanted it toasted. I said yes, and she told the cook to toast it. He complied but he also looked at me like I was asking something wierd, which made me look it up in Google. Maybe I was wrong.
Nope. I was right, but like I said I didn’t have to argue or anything so the experience is what I’m telling you, something humorous. Nevertheless, I can confirm that melted sandwiches have melted cheese in them, which is why most of the time they are not cold sandwiches. 😀

Ordered a door dash order a cinammon crunch bagel and a smoothie. They threw my bagel in the bag wrapped and stuck to all the napkins. The cinnamon crunch bagel wasnt not toasted, all the cinnamon sugar on it wasnt even on the bagel. Called the manager for an explanation and wasnt any help theres a reason they suck when it comes to door dash orders dont waste your money like i did on this panera. Ordered from so many other Paneras and never had this issue.
