Okay I know this is a McDonald’s… But this McDonald’s for some reason loves their life! This is the best ” McDonald’s food ” that I have ever tasted lol I feel like it shouldn’t be able to taste as good hahaha I had a very specific order and they nailed it! I can’t stress this enough, the food looked like it was made for a commercial! I travel a lot! And many times by the time I get out of work, or out of a shoot, or a gig, the only thing opened is a McDonald’s… And I am rarely happy that I am there… This McDonald’s absolutely made my night. I don’t know how they are on every single day as I am from out of town… But my experience with this particular store, and their staff, was exceptional. Thank you

Went through drive thru on Jan 17. The person taking orders was wonderful. When I parked around the building the other person delivered my food to another car and they started to pull out. After the driver was looking through the food he stopped and the employee gave him the bag and switched bags to get my food back. Disgusting. I did not eat my fries and my food smelled like cigarettes. Just disgusting especially with the flu etc going around. I think you need to make sure the person delivering food to cars know the orders in the bag. Very disappointed and I told the person that was disgusting.

McDonald’s has gone way downhill over the last few years, I never even feel safe in them any more, and you wait a long time for your food. I waited a good 10 minutes for 2 simple cheeseburgers. The electronic ordering is confusing and takes forever, there was one person working the counter, everyone else is in back, no idea what they are doing, certainly not getting my food made quickly. It’s not even worth going anymore

I went through the drive thru and didn’t open the bag until I got home (my bad). I decided to call. The manager was pleasant and very helpful. I got a code for the next time I went there. I did go back and was treated with the utmost respect. While waiting I saw how clean the restaurant was. I will definitely go back, take a real lunch break and eat there (not at my desk).

I never thought I would feel the inclination to leave a review at McDonald’s as the result of a very good experience.
This morning I went to take my 2 young kids to a local diner which was unfortunately closed for the owners being on vacation. The kids wanted to dine in, so when I suggested McDonald’s I didn’t expect similar service that I would receive at our local diner when dining in.
When we arrived, there was a worker bringing out the trash who held the door for my kids as they ran ahead, welcoming them in.
When I got in to place our order everyone was cheery and friendly. The kind old lady that took my order was so sweet and handled every word from myself and others with a calm and graceful tone.
While I was ordering, the kids were running around and a staff member brought them out a craft to keep them occupied.
As we mosied over to a table I tried to rangle the kids while keeping an eye on our food at the counter. Seconds later, our food was delivered right to our table.
Not only was the staff amazing up to this point but the community of patrons were also very sociable and inviting.
As we prepared to leave, I was tidying up the table, as I always do, and another staff member noticed me trying to keep kids from running out the doors and stepped in to assist in disposing of the trash.
When walking out the door I was inspired to share this beautiful morning experience. Taking a 3&5 year old out to breakfast on your own can be quite the task. I thank the team at this McDonald’s location for making this not only tolerable, but exceeding that mark and making it pleasurable and memorable! 5 stars for amazing customer service and attention to detail.

We came through the drive-thru at about 10:35 p.m. it was a very long line and it seemed rather busy. When we pulled up to the speaker, we expected to hear an upset worker. First off we had a problem with our order so I called and spoke to manager Martha. She was a know it all, unsympathetic girl who was not worth calling. Besides that couldnt even use the receipt to recover and give a survey to get a free sandwich offer because it was not legible. Worst ever, thanks Martha, but no thanks!
