Can’t recommend getting food from this location unless you order from an app, where you can get some money back for errors. I always order the chipotle chicken avocado melt; the last time I went here after a Target run, I got home to discover I was given an Italian sandwich, and now tonight my sandwich was missing one of the three headliner ingredients entirely (no avocado). For the prices (~$15 for the sandwich), it is really disappointing to experience problems so frequently. While I am in the minority opinion that Panera’s food actually is freaking delicious, I won’t be stopping by in person again – because doing so (versus app ordering) means you are very likely to be literally eating errors.

I had a disappointing experience at this Panera location last night. The employee working the drive-thru was rude and had a noticeable attitude while I was placing my order. I was polite and straightforward, so the tone was unnecessary and made the experience uncomfortable. I usually enjoy coming here, but customer service like this really takes away from it. I hope management addresses this, because it definitely wasn’t the level of service I expect. Working for customer service, this is unacceptable. No one is forced to work here and if you hate your job, go somewhere else. Also, i usually enjoy Panera, but every time I order through the drive-thru, my order is never completed correctly. Something is always missing or wrong, which is very frustrating when you pay for items you don’t receive. This place is not the cheapest.

Not feeling like fast food, I decided to go to Panera on Flagler in Miami. Had my go to broccoli and cheese soup with a ciabata steak cheese sandwich. Didn’t have to wait long and this location has a drive thru as well. Lots to do in the area.

very good soups, I recommend especially broccoli soup and tikka masala. I didn’t like the onion soup – very salty and when it comes to ingredients, it’s just onion, but if you like it, I recommend it. The supervisor who served us was super nice and polite

The app is awesome. I was greeted by a gentleman at work behind the counter. Within minutes my order was ready. Done correctly and at pick up counter I felt a great energy vibe coming from the lady who prepared my breakfast. Nice very clean and nice music.

Went to the drive-thru to grab a quick snack in between classes, service is excellent. The wait was a bit longer than usual as the food was being prepared (maybe like 7 minutes) BUT, the guy gave me two free large rainbow cookies for the wait. Awesome!

Coffee is just hot water.. pinch of coffee to a gallon of water must be the recipe here..Gross! And don’t get me started on service and attitude of their employees who treat customers like they’re doing them a favor. Also the place is constantly filthy no matter what time you go.
