Although it’s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing.

Overpriced and SLOW! Food is mediocre, and portions are rather small. Drinks are $3.09? I waited 18 minutes for my order of two salads and a soup. One customer was on the phone behind me stating they had been waiting over half an hour for food. ANOTHER customer who ordered before me had to go and raise heck about waiting over 30 minutes, which seemed to work but the manager told him “we’re busy, and they’re working” which didn’t seem to impress anyone listening. When you’re paying as much as a casual restaurant but it’s all counter service, you definitely have better options in the area. Having to park in the Hospital deck doesn’t help either. Do not come here if you don’t have at least an hour to sit and eat. Really, just don’t come here.

Just get rid of the cashier’s and just have people make food. Talking personal conversations for six minutes ignoring people. Again… If you hate your job go somewhere else. Service just keeps going downhill. Food is still yummy but if you keep raising prices; you won’t be in business in a few more years.

Food is up to par with Panera quality, but service at this location is really bad. I have tried many times to give them benefit of the doubt, but its the same each time. Slow and lazy people working there, and whenever they get something wrong and I make them correct it they get an attitude with me. Honestly, its one of those places where they watch the “tip” button and if you don’t leave enough, they show it be making already bad service worse.

I would love to give this Panera 5 stars, but trying to get the Pepperoni Melt in sourdough bread is like pulling teeth. They say corporate doesn’t allow changing the bread a sandwich comes on. Whoever made this rule should not be in the restaurant business.

This was a delivery order so I did not mark the atmosphere. All the app to order the product is somewhat cumbersome once the order was placed the delivery came through flawlessly. The nurses at the medical center really appreciated the treat.
