Made an order for pick up not realizing the parking nightmare! This location is connected to the hospital so the parking garage is shared with the hospital staff and visitors. After circling in the garage for a while, I called and asked if they could remake the coffee carton so that it would be hot. I was very grateful that they understood and agreed!

Made it inside and did not see my pick up order at the station. I explained to the cashier. She said they are most likely remaking it and it will be placed at the pick-up station. After waiting a few minutes, I walked away to take a private phone call (the unexpected parking situation had caused me some timing issues). When I came back in, I waited some more. Told the cashier that I waited, left, came back, waited again and my order is still not there. After checking, she realizes my order was is the bags sitting on the counter. These bags were there when I came in initially!!!

I noticed the sticker on the coffee carton said an old time (timed 30 minutes before my scheduled pick up time) so I asked her to confirm with someone that the coffee was actually remade, because this of course makes all the difference considering the cashier had me waiting while my order was on the counter the whole time! Especially if the coffee was actually made well before my scheduled pick up time. I also had breakfast items that I of course did not ask them to remake due to my poor planning regarding researching the parking.

The cashier was sure that the coffee was still hot (by her touch of the box) and it was clear she did not want me speaking to anyone else since she made a mistake regarding having my order sitting there while I waited. I asked to speak to a manger. She told me the manager is busy but she was sure the coffee was re-made. Keep in mind, this was not something she was aware of before I told her of my request. I do appreciate if they remade the coffee, but who knows if it was actually re-made as I didn’t get to speak to anyone else about it. I still don’t know if the labeled time on the coffee was accurate. If so, it was initially made 30 mins before pick up. Because of time, I had to drop the items off so I didn’t get a chance to taste the coffee myself. The breakfast items were surely cold by then!

My wife and I love Panera Bread! This was our worst experience at a Panera but it was also the best location so far! They made the food wrong and then got mad at me and made me ring up the order again to fix it instead of just simply adjusting the sandwich. Should’ve been a 30 second fix to make everything perfect, because I wasn’t making a big deal about it! I understand mistakes happen, 1 was there’s and 1 was mine. But they ended up saving me $8 because of their incompetence and they rang everything up wrong! The location had really nice views of buildings and I’m from flat boring locations so it was a nice change. I was trying to have a quick lunch while my son was having surgery nearby but they made it longer and more stressful than it needed to be. It was 1 employee that ruined it so not a big deal! I’ll probably come back for our next medical adventure!

I have been coming to this Starbucks for several years. After I get my Chemo Therapy in the early morning, I make a stop here. My wife and I have breakfast and spend a couple of hours everyday here before going back home. Today, both of my Sip Club accounts expired and Annie knowing that for several years coming here, did not even asked if I wanted a complimentary coffee. Your Winter Park location on Park Ave does that as a courtesy but not at this place. That for us was very much giving a NEW Corporate MODO that it’s all about the money. Forget the human factor behind this. So sad.
Today, I was approached by the director of the company and we had a very wonderful conversation. The issue was addressed and I strongly believe it has been corrected. Awesome. The employees here are all wonderful and I do understand that sometimes things are done without fully thinking them out. That is the human factor in all of us. So I have changed my review from one star to five stars.

Honestly? This has a SCRAPE of avocado and a half cup of everything bagel sprinkles. Inedible and s compkete rip off at $4.69. On the left is what I got and on the right is what I ordered. I want my money back.

Ordered lunch through the Panera website. They use DoorDash for delivery. DoorDash driver did not show, but placed the order as delivered. Since they outsource on the delivery, I now have to call DoorDash to fix the issue as they are not able to refund me. DoorDash said I have to call Panera customer service. Panera customer service said it will take 30!! days to get a refund and that if I do not get it then to call back. So not only did I not get my food, I am out my money and time trying to fix the issue.

Waste of time and money. I order the broccoli and cheese soup and I got cheese water with not one piece of broccoli. Service was very slow as well as they were correcting other people’s orders and holding up the line. I would never go there again.

Although it’s a bit pricey, the You Pick 2 (I chose salad and sandwich) was delicious!! I opted for the Turkey Avocado BLT with the Asian Chicken Salad. The salad was SO tasty and had just the amount of dressing.

Avoid this place for takeout! I ordered a green goddess salad for $13 and they forgot to put chicken on it. I got an alert on my phone saying my order was ready so I went to the shelf and it wasn’t there. I asked staff what was going on and they said they were very short staffed. I waited 12 min past my alert until my food was done. I opened up my food at home to find out they forgot to put chicken on it. $13 for a salad that didn’t even have chicken on it is a SCAM.
