I have been going to Burger King for 58 years. They had a fish sandwich called the whaler back then. The king without front holding up a burger on their sign. It’s my favorite fest food chain. It is always consistent and delicious. The flame broiling makes the burger different. I am 62 years old and have problems not stopping at a Burger King when I pass by it. Long live Burger King.

Burger King is usually a great choice, but this visit in the drive-thru was disappointing. I waited at the speaker for nearly five minutes before the staff acknowledged me with “I’ll be right with you.” I was the only car in the drive-thru and the lot was fairly empty. After I placed my order, I moved to the second window, but I didn’t receive a warm greeting or an apology for the delay.
Overall, a decent meal, but the service could be faster and more welcoming during peak or slow periods.

The way she speaks to you and hands over your food napkins ketchup etc.
Like she’s bothered by you asking for those items… The employees are more concerned if you have anything else vs the manager.
This is second time dealing with her, this time I made a review so you can see it and do something about it. Please advise if you receive this treatment from Griselda.

For those customers who pay cash at this establishment are getting ripped off. They claim there is a shortage of pennies, so when you pay cash and received change back, they short change you (you’re not getting back what they own you-it goes in their pocket). Other stores surrounding this establishment have no problem with issuing pennies and they don’t short change you.
It’s a ripoff if you pay cash and are expecting the correct change back to you. You have been warned.

Service sometimes can be very good and sometimes very bad. There is a shorter latina at the front counter who is not terribly friendly to customers. She is very loud and loves to talk to her colleagues, but treated myself and other customers with a very poor attitude as if she was doing a chore. Didn’t greet me, didn’t offer a “thank you”, and did just the bare minimum to get by. Her co-worker, a male was similarly ill trained and ill tempered. Unprofessional.
I don’t expect much from fast food, but you are easily replaced by others or AI if you don’t like your job.

The one in green heaven Sacramento is a well trained and efficient staff Burger King with a short drive through lane. I always enjoyed ordering here because food comes quick and warm. They are open 24/7. I normally ordered in my mobile app and either select store pick up or curbside pickup. Always works for me. My suggestion; download the BK app and save when you order through mobile app using BK coupons in the app which update every week.

My visit to this location was nice but I really feel if someone is going to open any burger chain that is well known needs to do their best always in these areas: Food presentation, time in drive through, way the place looks inside and out, lastly do their best to make the reviews much more positive instead of just letting them keep piling up one after the next and not doing anything more than just thanking the employees for coming to work. Thank you for a nice visit and for the great charbroiled lunch options!!

Happened 9/17/25 at 3:50:23 pm. Literally the worst fast food restaurant. The speaker is hard to hear and the person working the speaker had a hard time communicating. I ordered 3 meals a whopper jr cheese no onion meal, Texas whopper meal, and a 2 cheeseburger meal with 2 cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. Not a complicated order. I got whopper jr with cheese meal, Texas whopper meal, a small Diet Coke, one cotton candy icees and one strawberry icee. At the window I asked for my order to be corrected. The young man at the window said that if I wanted my order corrected id have to drive around the drive thru again and order my correct food. Are you kidding? Even at McDonald’s they don’t do stuff like that. They correct the order right there. I told him there was no reason I should have to do that and I left.
This Burger King always has issues and it’s been months since my last visit. This will definitely be my last one.
This isn’t that hard. I worked at this Burger King nearly 20 years ago. I know how this works. It’s apparent they haven’t updated the speakers since then. STAY AWAY FROM HERE!
