First time trying Burger King, asked the staff if they can get me extra ranch, which usually every other burger places hand them out for free, she said they charge and I asked for four. They charged me a dollar for all which is not a big deal but what the big deal is that they forget and are careless about the customers and there orders.

My visit to this location was nice but I really feel if someone is going to open any burger chain that is well known needs to do their best always in these areas: Food presentation, time in drive through, way the place looks inside and out, lastly do their best to make the reviews much more positive instead of just letting them keep piling up one after the next and not doing anything more than just thanking the employees for coming to work. Ordered the Ghost Pepper Wopper through the app (along with other stuff) and paid. When I got to Burger king, they told me they were out of ghost pepper Whoppers and asked if I wanted a normal Whopper instead (great deal for THEM considering what I paid). I told them I had PAID for a Ghost Pepper Whopper and what am I supposed to do now? They seemed mystified. It took me about a half hour of effort to get my money back from the app. THE BURGER KING APP IS A SCAM!

On 6-7-23 at around 10:40 I wanted to use my loyalty reward to get a free burger plus I had a mobile coupon for $1 dollar fries Asian Girl at the drive thru Register said I couldn’t do that and that I could only use one . I don’t know why if I had done that before and even the app allows me to do it. That Asian girl had Bad Customer service plus gave me attitude at the Window. Horrible experience.

The one in green heaven Sacramento is a well trained and efficient staff Burger King with a short drive through lane. I always enjoyed ordering here because food comes quick and warm. They are open 24/7. I normally ordered in my mobile app and either select store pick up or curbside pickup. Always works for me. My suggestion; download the BK app and save when you order through mobile app using BK coupons in the app which update every week.

Came here for icecream and an employee told us they stopped serving icecream after a certain time. I have a hunch she was being dishonest because we got icecream even later at the same location the day before! A disappointing experience

Nice and clean environment to dine in. The customer service is okay, nothing special about this restaurant. Restroom needs to be clean more often because after I go in to wash my hand, I come out with no appetite to eat my burger.
