Women cannot live on bread alone… which is why you should come to Panera & have the French Dipper! It is so good – tender, slow cooked roast beef, rich au jou just dripping down your face (it’s a good thing I don’t have a beard cuz it’d probably smell like French Onion soup right now – lol!) Part of me wanted to devour it in one bite & the other wanted to nibble on it for hours – you decide. It’s definitely worth the effort!
And when you’re done, the only thing that can finish a meal like that is their famous Candy Cookie. So yummy!
Also, I just HAD to get their Winter Mitten Cookie, smothered in white chocolate & decorated so beautifully – just look at all that attention to detail – that’s love right there!

This place sucks! I have never had such terrible service than ever with this location. They don’t check your order. Oh your sides are missing? Too bad! The sides are considered “Free”, even though you spent $60 on 2 sandwiches, 2 soups, a drink and a bagel. The kids here must hate having a job, they don’t care. The MOD I felt bad for yelling at about missing items, but please hold your staff accountable and responsible for their position! This happens way too often whether I’ve ordered delivery, take out or eat in. My delivery driver messaged to say that the food bag fell apart a little bit while it was being packed up. The driver also had to remind them about our drink. Please train the employees better, try a little bit harder, and know that $60 being spent on sandwiches doesn’t mean that the sides are free.

The seating area needs a thorough cleaning. You can see the dust on the cords and the lights hanging. The booths are dirty seats and wood. Service is great.

Panera’s locations have gone downhill lately and this one is no exception, despite its prime location. Tables are not cleaned adequately between customers, kiosks are slow and quick to freeze, and for having 10 soda options and four or five refreshment drinks like teas and lemonades but only one single diet option — Diet Pepsi — the worst. Food was okay and came out quickly, well made, and hot. Overall, three stars for the food, with two stars doc’d for cleanliness in the eating area.

Panera is MY favorite place to eat. That’s where I always take my out-of-town guests. They would also develop a taste for Panera because of its atmosphere, its variety of food, and definitely its baguette which is comparable to none. I have tried different kinds but got disappointed every time. Even my children know that Panera is my place. Few years ago I fell and received a knee injury, they were in town and I had to use a wheelchair you should notice the diligence of the employees to accommodate me. We didn’t expect all of that. They basically took me from my daughters and get me seated comfortably.

WARNING!!! THE PRICES ARE TOO HIGH AND THE PORTIONS ARE TOO SMALL!!! I stopped eating at Panera a while ago because they kept raising prices while decreasing their portion sizes. I decided to try them again because they offered free delivery. I was very disappointed. My chicken sandwich hardly had any chicken on it. The amount of chicken on it pailed in comparison to the photo on Panera’s website. My wife also got a cobb salad with chicken, and her salad barely had any chicken on it. I called and spoke to the store manager who said she would let corporate know. This response is not acceptable. I will NEVER order anything from Panera again because their prices are too high and their portions are too small.

We like this place. Delicious soups and sandwiches are always our choice. You’ve got try the cheddar-broccoli soup and toasted steak & white cheddar sandwich or maybe a citrus asian crunch salad with chicken.

We stopped by yesterday and there was barley anyone in the store, yet there were no booths to sit in because they were all dirty. The women’s bathroom was gross too. Unacceptable. Especially when you have no crowd. Better management is needed in this store.
