Not wheelchair friendly at all. Took my Mom who wanted soup and sandwich, and she is in wheelchair… table, and chairs outside hard to get through, and double door’s very rough. The food was good but the bad thing was my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere but on the rug. No plain sweet tea, onlyunsweetened. So, taking Mom out to lunch could have been better.

$15 for this! Used delivery directions thru Panera and this only sent part of the order. What we did get was sooo not worth it. Call the manager for help with the order and was told to call back after lunch. Ok great but… we didn’t get all our lunch! Service is always rude and the food is no where near worth the price. There are so many better options available. Choose somewhere that appreciates is customers.

The food is a hit or miss, esp when using the drive thru. Had several visits where I got home, I realized the order was wrong. All I had to do was call the store and they gave me a refund.

Ordered a toasted bagel and cream cheese. Bagel was barely lukewarm and bottom half was almost nonexistent. Not sure who made this and sent it out thinking that it was acceptable.

30 minutes in the drive thru and no way to get out of a line that never moved. I had to call the store and ask the manager to get the line moving. There were 3 cars ahead of me and 4 behind me. Thanks for making me late, Panera!

Slowest drive through in Lake Mary. Polite but slow. Just gave them another chance today and it was the same slow drive through service they told me they only had 2 people working . They were friendly but totally understaffed. From reading the other reviews here this seems to be the norm. Maybe management should be retrained or replaced

Sadly, the last several Panera visits have been disappointing. My wife and I walk in there are easily 6 in line ahead of me. Ppl in front are huffing and puffing abt how long it’s taking, 2 end up walking off. In any case, one poor girl working the register while 2 (what look like managers) others are chatty chatting walking back and forth. Stood in line for 20 mins, finally get there and she is the sweetest, still positive and smiling. Still while a manager walks over to ask when is her break…how bout you jump on a register take and order.

Better to go here for breakfast or lunch, as dinner can be hit or miss depending on the staffing. Overall food is ok but overpriced, would recommend the pastries over anything else. Staff are friendly and warm, the atmosphere is a little outdated on the inside but its ok to sit for a while and there are a few outlets to plug in chargers. There is no bicycle parking here so if you do come by bike you’ll have to lock up onto on of the sign posts.
