$9.40 for one slice of avocado toast and a drink. Insanely expensive. Panera has earned this one star rating. Then, on top of that, my reward for visiting 6 times used to be $2 off any salad, breakfast sandwich, etc. Now it’s only $1 off. So, now I’m punished for being a loyal customer.

Came here for lunch. The service was nice food came quick. Soup and sandwich was pretty good. Think just needs a good dust down and carpet cleaning but everything else was good.

I can’t believe I paid this much. I had to practically beg for a napkin so I could clean off a table for our family to sit. The food was overpriced for what they scoop onto your plate. The spicy fiesta chicken sandwich has decent flavor, but is overshadowed by being 90% bread, 5% chicken slivers, and 5% vegetable loogie. The front desk staff was really nice, though. I don’t know who keeps going to this place. Buncha tightwads. Jason’s Deli is leagues ahead. Management should take a stroll over to Cava around 7pm and compare activity over there with Panera. Nobody _wants_ to go to Panera anymore.

Not wheelchair friendly at all. Took my Mom who wanted soup and sandwich, and she is in wheelchair… table, and chairs outside hard to get through, and double door’s very rough. The food was good but the bad thing was my shoes stuck to the floor everywhere but on the rug. No plain sweet tea, onlyunsweetened. So, taking Mom out to lunch could have been better.

Something was very wrong with the bread bowl that I received yesterday at the panera bread at lake mary location. I made an order of three aoups to go. It smelled very funny…to a point where I could not eat it. I did not want to waste the soup that I had already poured in. After which, I had very bad stomach ache and digestion issues. I will NOT be returning to Pantera anytime soon. Sad because the broccoli cheddar soup with bread bowl is my favorite soup.

The portion was so small, it could fill up a water cup. There were two-three tiny pieces of chicken in the chicken soup. The salad was also tiny. Definitely not worth the money I spent. There are much better options in other places that are for the same price. I am not coming back to Panera Bread any more.

I would love to share some real horrible attitude while I was there today. I ordered the food and for some reason cashier Jasmine could not get the order straight… just to order one sandwhich and bowl of soup I spent around 8 mins with her… its ok… then I was waiting to received my food and the preparer/cook could not get it right… she kept on giving me chip while i had order sourdough bread. and she mentioned that I dont get it as i had placed one order. when I told her that there are two seperate order she gave ” real bad attitude” and when I told her there is no need to show attitude. She rolled her eyes and made face again and said bye happy new year… all this while manager Christine was just standing and watching this… she did not intervene and told her employees that it wa wrong on their end… later on she came to my table and tried to justify her employee’s behavior with some explanation that she wa reading your ticket wrong.. I asked her is that the reason to show attitude to your customer ? she left. No empathy and no real customer service.

Super rude & unprofessional management today Sunday the 19th.
My wife had one bite of her soup did not like it. She asked if it was possible to change it. She was told since she ate some of it she can get a smaller bowl lmbo.
We will never go back to such a disrespectful place ever again. You should be fired, but it’s nice to know that I can just send anyone to get a job at this Panera location in Lake Mary.
