I would Give this location no stars ….my husband and I went over for dinner and got two sandwiches paid 25$ and came all the way home to little to no protein in our sandwiches therefore we paid that much money for bread… called to get a refund and the general manager asked us to send a picture and instead of waiting to finish with us she clocked out of her shift and we were asked to wait until Saturday (two days) when a general manager would be available again…poor customer service and food quality.I will never go to this location again and suggest you don’t as well.

I just went here to pick up some lunch. The food was good, pretty standard. They did forget my baguette, but I had to leave a review because Vicky (register) was an absolute delight. She was so friendly, very helpful, and made my day so much better. She deserved a special shoutout for making my day better.

This is by far service wise the worst and slowest Panera bread ever. I came in just for a smoothie, and they asked me for my name for the order which I have them. After waiting 15 minutes, I went to the front to ask for my smoothie only to find out that it was made, but nobody called me, so the smoothie was just sitting there all this time. Needless to say, the manager came in and didn’t even apologize or anything very unprofessional. The whole staff needs to be trained, in my opinion, coming from someone who’s in the F&B industry. This was unacceptable.

Nice place. Was clean and the staff was helpful. Asked a question about the soup and the found the info. Good place for group meet ups and to hang out and chill. The food and pastry are good , not as good as a local mom and pops place . Its your normal cookie cutter food from a big name brand company. For the price its well worth coming here then a fast food place. The bathrooms were clean and neat. I would repeat.

Neither of us were hungry due to having such a late breakfast, but my guest and I wanted something light for lunch. The person preparing our order kindly halved our favorite duet to share, along with a beverage and brownie. The combination was perfect! We ate outside.
