I wanted broccoli & cheddar soup so walked in to order. The lady taking my order was polite younger girl.. the woman that works and has glasses ….you can tell she’s over her job.. Her customer skills absolutely suck.. but anyway the food quality is not the greatest either. I wanted soup so bad and had no broccoli.. yes I got the pick 2 but come on I ordered the soup for a reason..14 bucks.. sandwich was mediocre. ..I rarely go here & this is the perfect example of why I don’t…!!!

Though prices can be somewhat high, the food is usually good. They have offered more coupons & perks to people on emails which is good! The atmosphere offers options for privacy. We usually dine in. Bagels are not as good as Einstein…The service is usually good! The coffee is adequate but Iced coffee is lacking good coffee taste.

Nice place. Was clean and the staff was helpful. Asked a question about the soup and the found the info. Good place for group meet ups and to hang out and chill. The food and pastry are good , not as good as a local mom and pops place . Its your normal cookie cutter food from a big name brand company. For the price its well worth coming here then a fast food place. The bathrooms were clean and neat. I would repeat.

Just walked in for a bearclaw and a coffee. Ended up walking out after 5 minutes. I waited in line behind two customers. They placed their orders and stepped away as they waited for their orders. The two cashiers immediately stepped away as they focused on other things. I guess me standing there waiting to place an order was not a priority. I stood there a few minutes to see if I would be acknowledged, at least a ” I’ll be with you in a minute sir” would have sufficed. I made sure I made eye contact with both of them. After another minute, I see no reason to keep standing there. So I left, they lost my business. Work on your customer service.

Give a 4 star for the atmosphere because the young lady was fabulous who took my order. To the two young men who decided to service after drowning it in balsamic vinegar with 3 pieces of lettuce highly disappointed. I asked for more and I get it it’s closing but if you can’t service certain items before closing at least let someone know beforehand.
