Food is not as good as Huddle house used to be. It’s VERY EXPENSIVE NOW. We spent over $35 for 2. Coffee was $6.00 for 2 cups. Prices are unbelievable! We didn’t even get a waffle for that price! They have no ventilation system, so it’s very smoky in there. I have to immediately wash our clothes when we get home. The floors were very dirty and slippery. We decided we will not go back. We’ve been two times to this one, and it’s the same.

One star is me being VERY VERY generous. I ordered a Philly cheesesteak 3 egg white omelette and the waitress asked “Do you want yolk?” I repeated “for my egg white omelette.” With confusion she asked again. No maam I don’t want yolk with my egg white omelette. Then I get it, it’s one fried egg white laid on top of the meat and cheese (which was flavorless and nasty). FLIES EVERYWHERE. Waitress dismissive when we told her flies landed on my daughter waffle. The bill was high for such terrible food and service

New management is working really hard to improve the place after a difficult period for the restaurant. All the workers have always been very nice and acknowledge you and say hello when you walk in. They get your food out to you as quickly as possible. Some people just need to understand that at times when it is busy, you have to be patient. Getting your food correctly is better than getting it quick and wrong.

I go and sit down and eat. The waitress she was really nice. Not sure what her name was. I order my food. I got the MVP meal period which is roughly $12.99 maybe $15 with tax and the coffee. I get charged an extra $3.99 because on the MVP you get to choose a meat and because I do not eat meat I was charged $3 extra because they rang up each individual thing instead of coming over and ask me if I wanted to reorder something else. I have not ate here in over 7 years. But I was in Jacksonville and thought it was Under New Management so I would try. I do not recommend eating here. While I was there the manager had to walk out because she was in the bathroom for over 20 minutes doing God knows what. So they lost more business and I will never return to the store. I do not recommend eating here

The girl was training but, the over medium eggs i ordered came scrambled, altgough they made it right, the crispy bacon & hashbrowns I asked the Cook to make crispy were not though she said they would, & the grits were missing. They must’ve charged me $2 for the water to make the $12 come out to $15.50, but i couldn’t confirm that since i didn’t get a receipt either so I took it out of the tip. Otherwise it was great! I wont be back to the Huddle Hole.

It’s 10:30 pm, they’re hours on here and in Huddle House app and website state “6am to midnight” on Friday and guess what? We drive up and they are closed. Contacting corporate in Norcross, GA to see what they have to say.
