I’ve been going to this Panera for the past 15 years, and I’ve never been treated as kindly and warmly as I was today! Caitlyn, the young woman who took my order, was absolutely amazing she truly deserves a raise! You can tell she loves her job and takes pride in making customers feel welcome. Her positive attitude completely made my day. I really hope this review helps her get the recognition she deserves. The food is always great, but today, the service made it amazing!

Max and the young lady at register are so amazingly friendly, helpful and such great service on Sunday morning! I left feeling so great to see such fine young people making this world a better place! Working hard doing a great job and spreading such positive energy as I walk in. I was at kiosk and young lady asked if I would like to order at counter and this is so different when many other chains ignore us if we even go to the counter for help! Super impressed and I have been going to panera a lot now because food is healthy and great! Thanks again!!!!

Family feast went wrong. Our dinner order included: tomato soup, 4 half sandwiches, 1 whole salad, 1 whole baguette. Upon arriving home with the order, we were very disappointed & disgusted by what we saw. Most of the lettuce in our salad was rotten, black & soggy. We hoped it was just a few leaves, but no, half of the salad was rotten. All sandwiches had the same black lettuce, soggy bread (too much mayo/sauce) and overall just very sloppy made. At this point we’ve lost out appetites and only had soup with the baguette. I had to share our experience with the manager. She was nice about & understanding. She confirmed, they were receiving lettuce this way lately. We didnt mind paying for the bread & soup, but manager processed full refund for our family feast order…

I MUST write this review to give credit where credit is due! I went to Panera and received the BEST service from Claire!!! She was friendly, knowledgable, patient & a pleasure to interact with.
I don’t know if she’s in any sort of management position, but if not SHE SHOULD BE! Her energy could transform a staff and improve the experience of customers (translating to more $$$)!
She took the time to make suggestions, inform me of deals available to me, apologized for the small wait due to a lunch rush and was genuine in her smile and attitude. A true breath of fresh air! Thanks for a great experience on my birthday weekend, Claire!!!

We were visiting the area and decided to get some Paneras due to too many seafood establishments in the area. I got the chicken salad and my wife got the Greek salad with chicken and broccoli cheese soup. Everything was very good tasting, however, the portion size was on the smaller size for the price. My biggest complaint was that we never heard our name called so our food (soup) wasn’t as warm as it could have been. After waiting some time, I went up to see my food waiting. Maybe they need a loudspeaker or go back to the vibrating drink coasters. Also, the bread, although a decent portion, was cold. It would be nice if there was a way to keep it warm. Anyways, we were satisfied and would return.

I am a Door Dasher and I arrived at the store for a pickup tell the girl the exact name I need she says it will be a few more minutes, I wait. They finally get the order ready even though I know the person’s name. They don’t have any kind of screen saying orders they’re working on with the people’s name. The girl asked to see my phone to see the name. First time they’ve ever done this to me I go here a dozen times a week. I simply said okay but it doesn’t make sense how else am I going to know the person’s name and showed my phone. And then some other overweight girl with tats all over gets involved and then another girl gets involved making something out of nothing. Tat girl says God bless you in a condescending way. And actually talking under her breath saying she doesn’t care if order is late it doesn’t affect her. Another says I’ll pray for you. I just want the order and I want the order on time if possible. Instead it was late as usual. And I was having a great day before I had to deal with these girls attitudes. And I feel the only way to make my day better is to write this review. Now maybe I sound a little loud but that’s because of a medical condition. Called tinnitus which causes my ears to ring all the time. Which causes me to talk a little bit louder. So hopefully it wasn’t the tone of my voice that made these other girls interject themselves into mine in that girl’s conversation. But I think people should stay out of other people’s business when they aren’t spoken to. Instead of making something out of nothing.

My two star review goes to the restaurant owners and not the employees. As i pulled up during breakfast rush hour, it was obvious that the restaurant was understaffed. However, the service provided by the employees was great. Food took a little longer to be served but i understood the reason. Panera Bread owners, you need to do better and raise your salaries. Your prices are high enough to support this. I wont be tipping a cashier for taking my order, it is your responsability to provide them with a dignified salary. *note: the touchscreen POS didnt work so it was a little harder to order items not displayed on the menu board.
