I am very disappointed with my recent visit. One of my kids’ meals was completely missing from my order.
I usually go to the location further down 9 Mile, but decided to try this one closer to my home since it did not appear busy. There were only two cars ahead of me in the drive-through, and aside from a slight wait to receive my rapid order, it was fairly quiet.
Because an entire kids’ meal was missing, I am leaving a one-star review. It is frustrating that no one took the time to double-check the order before handing it to me and wishing me a great night. A simple review of the bag could have prevented this inconvenience.

Truth
This is my favorite Panera. We live right down the road (in cantonment) so it’s super convenient & quick. Everything is always fresh. The only time I’ve ever needed help w/ an order, the manager was great about it. Customer service is ALWAYS on point at this location. Everyone is super nice & chipper. The line is usually extremely short if there even is a line. I wish the ham croissant benny was here to stay, that’s my only complaint Lol We’ve always had great experiences at this location.

I’ve waited at McDonalds in this area for 30min in line for slop & half of my order to be missing or mangled & spent just as much, if not more, money for it. Panera always packs our food clean & neatly & it’s always fresh. I know when I order at Panera, my sandwich hasn’t been sitting in a heated container for an hour. It’s made when I order it. I’ll happily wait for fresh food.

I had a really good experience at this Panera location on 11/24/2025. The customer service was excellent, and I want to highlight the care and attention I received, especially when it came to my food allergies. The staff and kitchen handled everything with great food management, and my order was made safely and correctly on the first try, which means a lot to me.
The portions were a bit smaller than what I usually get (I order the same thing every time, so I noticed), but the food was still fresh and very good overall. Between the attentive service, allergy awareness, and overall experience, I definitely recommend this location.

Got a Turkey Bravo with chips. Sandwich bread was dryer than usual and tasted old. Opened chip bag to find MAYBE 8 chips. Disappointed overall considering the cost. Service was great. Staff is welcoming. Food….not so much. This is what I get for settling for fast food over a home cooked meal.

We ordered two breakfast sandwiches and half a dozen bagels for pick up through the app. After getting home and looking through the order, we find that the bagels are mangled. We requested that the bagels were sliced in half, and I’d rather they have given us unsliced bagels over these. The asiago bagels were as pictures and the cinnamon crunch bagels had the topping scooped off in the process of cutting. We were going to use these for sandwiches over the next couple of days, but we can’t really do that now.

I went in for lunch and ordered a cup of bacon Mac and cheese with extra bacon. I get to work and there was no bacon on my Mac and cheese which I paid for extra bacon on. I don’t have to go back since I am on a lunch break. You need to pay more attention to the orders.

April 14 2025- made the mistake of going to Panera Bread the only Panera Bread in our area on Nine Mile Road in Pensacola I’m 19 miles away from there but we really like Panera and we’ve given them 5 months to get much better than they were back in November…. all I can say is I’m disappointed yet again… ordered 3 pick 2 and out of those one entrees were missing.
The receipt even said that it had been reviewed buy someone… I called and asked for my money back this time said it wasn’t possible for them to give my money back unless I came in to the store…. it’s just amazing how badly this Panera Bread seems to be…
I’m expecting them to be closed soon.
NOV 2024-Didn’t have the new and featured items that was being advertised in the windows and on the menu…. No Ciabatta dippers!!!… I asked him why they for advertising them if they did not have it…. no explanation

Although I ordered and paid for a whole salad, I received a side salad instead. I didn’t notice until I returned to work. Delicious salad, but the side salad portion is not worth $14.

We have tried to like this location & given it the benefit of the doubt, but they just can’t get it together at this one. If we don’t have to wait for at least 15 minutes after ordering in the drive thru, or if our order is actually correct when we get it, it’s nothing short of a miracle. I understand it’s not exactly fast food, but things that are done and ready, like soup, should be fairly easy to get out. Tonight, for two sandwiches, one cold turkey cheddar & one grilled cheese it took 25 min. Won’t be back to this location until they figure it out.

Ordered soup and sandwich through the drive-thru just to not get a spoon or napkins. I asked for a spoon and the lady gave me one. I asked for napkins and the lady handed me SOAKED and WET napkins. I told the lady that they were wet, and she took some off the bottom and handed me the WET napkins on the top. I annoyingly stated “don’t worry about it” and the lady SLAMMED the window so hard it shook. Customers should not have to ask for condiments that should already be in the bag. It should be a given to get a spoon and napkins if you order soup. I’ve never been treated bad at a Panera Bread until today. I will no longer patronize this location.
