It was ok. Nothing special. Food for our table of 5 came out in stages not all together. The menu and prices are standard for Panera Bread. The person who took our order could have been more knowledgeable and helpful. We had gift cards and we could not make the pay system work for us. The girl did not seem interested or helpful to try to help us. We tried and tried until we figured it out.

I needed a break on my long drive home from vacation and was so happy to find Panera along my route. I enjoyed my favorite duo including the Fuji Apple Chicken Salad and a half ciabatta sandwich. These were wonderful and consistently on brand. Thanks!

This Panera embodies what you expect as far as service goes for most fast food places. The food here can come out better than other Panera Bread stores, but they definitely skimp on dressing every single time. The service is slow, but I’ve seen worse. We have had behavior from employees so bad that the manager called me to apologize from this location because they overheard the employee being rude. There are so many other places to get a bite to eat that the disrespect isn’t worth the come back though. I’d say if you get food here, use in-store pick up so you can have less contact with employees and also order extra dressings so maybe if you get enough containers you might get one serving.

Good food and beverages, however expect a wait time in the afternoon. This is a very busy location, and the staff are often understaffed. Overall a good run store with quality service, but long wait averages during peak hours.

Wild rice and chicken soup in bread bowl. Do I need to talk about anything else? Such a perfect place for best friends’ lunch. Also, the most mellow hazelnut coffee I’ve ever tasted. I’ve been visiting Panera Bread in multiple states/cities over the span of 30+ years. That should be a good recommendation.

My food was delicious as usual, but the shift lead was so rude and absolutely ruined my experience. I’ve never been treated by someone so poorly in a restaurant. Then another customer stopped me on my way out and said they also had a terrible experience with the same manager recently. Embarrassing that a store allows that kind of behavior repeatedly from their managers . Do better.

Chili is full of meat but nothing much else. Was very disappointing I’m used to chunky meet with tomatoes onions garlic. The French onion soup is garbage. Taste and seems like it’s out of a can only worth maybe a buck if you’re lucky

I walked into this location with a coworker at 6:58am, no customers in the building. There was no good Morning, smiles or anything. The associate looked up and turned to continue stocking bagels. Most of the time when you walk into a restaurant there is a counter to order, did not see kiosks on the right nor did she acknowledge that is the only way we could place an order. Perhaps, design your counter so kiosks are at the front counter. Do better Panera’s!
