We actually left DD because there were a working group young “adults” who ignored us for 10 min before acknowledging us and saying that someone will be with us. After another 5 or 8 min with these employees doing nothing we left. This lovely hardworking young man at Paneras had about 7 or 8 people in line and worked hard and smart with a big smile on his face during every transaction. Poor customer service stood around for 5 mins waiting on my doordash order. No order, so I get in line only for the manager to tell me they just received the order, which was definitely not the case, then she proceeded to tell me there system doesn’t match mine because the order should of been ready by 9:18am and its now 9:32 and I still haven’t received the order or any information on when it would be ready going to be late to my delivery and going to receive a time violation because they aren’t doing there job promptly. Completely unprofessional! Then she asked to see my order number which has never happened here or almost anywhere to be quite frank. Completely made me feel like i was trying to steal the order. Over 20 mins i waited on that order!! Won’t be back and will tell everyone I know not to go there!! Terrible management and customer service skills! Could of easily been avoided if she was honest about the situation rather then try to cover there backs! What about the people that are paying for the food. Remember that’s why you have your job!! Alittle customer service goes a long way!

I’m not going to say anything bad .. the store was ok, employees where friendly and we got our order pretty quick but man for 2 people we got a sandwich and bowl of french onion and 2 drinks and we paid damn near $65 for a microwave meal. They might want to hire a guy at the door that punches you in the gut that way the price of eating there don’t hurt as bad…

We had lunch sitting outside on the patio today with a nice view of the shops. Everything was really good and came out exactly as ordered. Very Convenient location . The service was pretty quick even though they were busy . Delicious! One of my favorite restaurants , no matter where we travel .

Great offering of coffee, cakes and bread, etc. Finally found a place that does a strong Coffee Latte, although it did have an extra shot. Reasonably priced for such good quality. Lots of seating inside and out. Very helpful staff and had a real vibe as a place to meet and chat.
