So … I have been going here since August of last year. Different from my hometown’s Panera where they don’t talk about you when they think you can’t hear and actually pretend they care about serving you. So one of the managers I pretended I didn’t hear when she and the other employees around my age talked about me treating me like I’m homeless when I was just there to study. When my order is always late I’m staring at them waiting for them to check up on my order at least let me know. Nope all I got was laughs and employees thinking I’m trying to be intrusive when I actually just wanted my coffee and food. The old lady there that works in the morning was really sad trying to makeup and go “oh you have to give us 15 min for your digital order” wrong! As soon as the manager saw it she gave it to me. I never complained never said a word. By the way I intentionally tested this as no other Panera has done this except for this one. I have not been back since the night they gave me frozen food and when I kindly asked for it to be heated the two employees rolled their eyes and made it clear they didn’t want to infront of their manager. And when I said “if you don’t want to serve me that’s fine.” They laughed about it. I know this is a minimum wage job so don’t expect high end level coffee shop where you can happily go and study and enjoy your coffee, but I still expect the bare minimum of professionalism. If only I could give it 100 stars. This place is seriously amazing!!! The workers are super friendly and patient! You can definitely tell the joy among people in this area. Ayana, and Ghmaesh were super friendly!!!! I will definitely will recommend this location and come back!!!!

First trip to Panera bread ever. I must say I am highly disappointed. What got me in the restaurant was the new French dipper. I was really disappointed by the taste and the appearance of the sandwich very little meat very greasy toasted ciabatta roll and most of all dipping sauce is a sweet onion sauce. It is just not what I was expecting.
I’ve never tasted a French dip sandwich that tastes like this….very disappointed and I ate by myself. It cost me 25 bucks!!! Ridiculous!! Definitely will never return. The restaurant and the employees were great, however, In my opinion… the food sucks. I gave you a shot Panera bread, NEVER AGAIN!

I am very disappointed at this Panera Bread.
Service is slow at best. Rarely more than 2 cashiers on duty, despite the line growing. Generally no action to alleviate this. Frequently no souffle are ready, early in the morning. Service on the food line is also extremely slow. There does not appear to be “in charge” at these times.
This is a very busy store with a large customer base who deserve better service.

Dined @ Panera in Spanish Springs yesterday… UGH so disappointed!! I should’ve checked their Yelp rating (2.5) – definitely wouldn’t have wasted my money! Ordered the “strawberry chix caprese” and Greek salads. I thought Panera claimed to be this healthy restaurant? The caprese salad had LUNCH MEAT for the chix… gross! And it looked slimy!! And the lettuce in the Greek salad was disgusting. The restaurant was mostly clean and the staff were accommodating. It also took quite a while for the salads to be made. I remember why I stopped going. Sooo very sad – used to be a favorite restaurant for me!!

One of the better Paneras in our area. Food was good. Some of the tables were dirty. Plenty of staff honestly so I can’t see why anything wouldn’t be clean. Quick service and food delivery.

We had lunch sitting outside on the patio today with a nice view of the shops. Everything was really good and came out exactly as ordered. Very Convenient location . The service was pretty quick even though they were busy . Delicious! One of my favorite restaurants , no matter where we travel .

Delicious, fresh 1/2 ciabatta steak sandwich with bacon and avocado. A side of “apple” meant a literal apple. 🙂 Probably should have offered to cut it, otherwise great!

Great offering of coffee, cakes and bread, etc. Finally found a place that does a strong Coffee Latte, although it did have an extra shot. Reasonably priced for such good quality. Lots of seating inside and out. Very helpful staff and had a real vibe as a place to meet and chat.
