We went for a late lunch after the 1100 movie. Ordered turkey, bacon, avocado, and smoked guoda sandwich. We got turkey, lettuce and tomatoe. When asked to get it fixed I felt like it was a HUGE inconvenience for them. Come on folks, do better! I should not have to go up twice to have a sandwich corrected.

My bacon was raw and they didn’t cook the bacon at all. I would expect more from a $12 sandwich. I tried calling and it says to call back later. I tried their chat customer service and I’ve been on chat hold for a half an hour. I won’t be back. No phone number on the receipt to call for problems.

Ordered 2 soups. Gave us no bread for them ordered some sandwiches just bc they have avocado on them and neither had avocado, the meats, bacon ect was just thrown on them not even put all over. You’d expect better quality from a place that sells 2 soups and 2 sandwiches for 36 dollars. To lazy to even cut the sandwich as well. LAZY AS HELL

First time here, the food wasn’t great, the pizza tasted like it had ketchup on it instead of tomato sauce, the bread was tough and had an aftertaste, the max and cheese tasted like Kraft Mac and cheese. The place overall doesn’t seem very clean.

We placed a delivery order on the Panera app. It never arrived, even though app said it has been delivered. Probably to wrong house. App directed us to call the cafe and provided a number. Our call was connected but they kept hanging up. Ok no biggie we will go to store get our food and get this sorted out. Got to store and not only did they refuse to help, but told us they did not have a phone. There is a number listed on website? They blamed everything on Door Dash and would not prepare a new order at no charge. We did not place order with Door Dash but with Panera. If Panera is contracted with Door Dash then it is up to Panera to make sure food is delivered. Manager named Kim was less than helpful and rude. Still waiting on response sent to Panera corporate.

Came in for breakfast. There is now a .50 up charge for a bagel. So it’s $9.61 for a small 5in bacon egg cheese on bread and a small drink. Might be my last visit. Would be $10 with a bagel.
