This store is shorting you. I bought a whole Ciabatta cheesteak, which is 12.39. What I got was two tiny half’s at less than 3.5″ each! I attached a photo with a bill and a normal baguette that is included with meals for reference. Both my daughter and I were also shorted meat on a recent purchase of their new asagio baggle–literally, just over half had toppings. We thought it was just a one-off with a singular employee, but this new order suggests otherwise. Save your money or at least double-check that they aren’tshorting you.

Love my local Nocatee Panera!
By far the best place in the area to have a quick bite that won’t kill your waistline. Also I love tea and they have a good selection of teas that you can serve yourself.
Really comfortable interior that makes you want to sit and enjoy the moment with friends or by yourself. I recently spent several hours at a table studying for an college exam I was taking. No one bothered me, and they let me enjoy my studies while sipping on tea and enjoying their Cobb Salad. It made for a great day and I got an excellent grade as well…. woohoo!

This is a typical Panera. Generally clean but some opportunities for improvement. There were quite a few wobbly tables. Chicken sandwich was so-so. Corn chowder was decent.

I ordered a bowl of chicken noodles soup thinking it’s bigger than a cup, I ended up getting a cup in my bowl. Its a rip off and Tonia was hating her job as the cashier

I ordered for fast pickup, and although it was ready in time, it was the worst grilled cheese sandwich I’ve ever seen. It was barely grilled/toasted (more on this later), with almost no color. The cheese was so thin it looked like they they painted it on with a brush – not even the thickness of a normal slice of cheese. I called and the girl, who claimed she was “one of the managers”, said I could drive back into Nocatee and they’d make me another one. No thanks.
They didn’t offer a credit of any sort. She also told me that if I’m looking for grill marks on the sandwich, I’m out of luck, because they no longer grill them, they toast them in the oven, despite continuing to call them GRILLED cheese sandwiches on the menu. Overall I like Panera, and I’ve had decent experiences at this store in the past, but not today. It was the perfect day for a grilled cheese with tomato soup, but it was not to be.

Went to lunch and ordered a Mediterranean sandwich. I don’t like the fact you have to order at a kiosk. I was really disappointed that they changed the bread for that sandwich. It was not the same and I did not enjoy the taste of it at all. I hope they go back to the original bread. I also miss when they used to put pesto on the sandwich instead of hummus.

While we arrived during an off time (2:40), ordered at the kiosk for an in dining experience. Order went in…15 min later? Received a text that food was ready at the counter via text! Walk up to the counter … stand 10 min!!! Nothing, some young girl, asks if I’m being helped, no! So she began preparing our meal… I was disgusted because the teens behind the counter were on phones and not one gave a crap! Do better PV Panera
