Worst Panera! I called to voice my concerns about the Chipotle Chicken Sandwich being extremely over salted. They did not offer a solution to replace it only apologized! I’m not asking for an apology just make it right. Who adds a huge amount of coarse salt on the bread? I never had an issue with Panera before. I included a picture after removing a lot of salt but you can still see the coarse salt crystals.

Good place, fast preparing for food and accurate. I have ordered twice here a salad with lots of special modification and everything was delivered according to my request. They are also located close to many other shops which is a good place for a walk and visit the places around.

I believe Panera Bread has a new management team, and it truly shows! I stopped eating here long ago, but in 2025, I decided to give it another try. I’m so glad I did! The food and desserts are incredibly fresh and taste absolutely delicious. On top of that, the staff has been so nice and attentive. It’s clear there’s been a positive change. Congratulations to the management and staff for creating such a wonderful experience!

Our go to spot when traveling to Tampa. Clean restrooms and we love to order ahead. This time one of the service members actually brought our food to us and checked on us during our meal. When traveling with 2 little ones it’s really helpful to have attentive staff. I believe her name was Tiffany!

Ordered take out from an extremely pleasant staff member who was patient with our first time visit. We waited for our meals inside restaurant which we found exceptionally clean with very friendly staff in the food prep area. Salad, sandwich and soup were all very fresh and generous quantities. Came here Sunday December 21. The staff was so rude to me and my 2 friends I just wanted to have a relaxing evening with. Work was so stressful that I just wanted some comfort food but instead I was harassed with the disrespect of the employees. Dishes were stacked mountain high no one at register (drinks were being stolen) and orders were confirmed online before ready and when we asked they were snippy with us. We are Gen Z so you know it takes a lot for us to complain I am beside myself. Thank you

For just being a new restaurant we tried in panera bread having their own flavors and things if you like those flavors but as far as the basics it was excellent love the people working the atmosphere was great definitely go back and try something else.

I visited Panera Bread today to try the new spicy fiesta chicken sandwich and black bean soup…both items were amazing! Thanks to Jessica for her patience, attentiveness and engaging personality! Restaurant itself looked clean and renovated. We didn’t have to wait long for our order. However we were served expired chips and not just expired by a little bit but by over a month. As you can see on the picture, highlighted dates from the receipt and the chips. Sadly we noticed it a little too late fingers crossed that we won’t pay the price later. I also had to throw away more than half of my cob salad since it had a funky smell/taste as well. Overall, disappointing experience at this location with food.
