My wife and I stopped in for lunch at about 1:15. I ordered a half turkey and avocado BLT and summer squash soup. The soup was fine but ended up getting cold by the time I had the manager come out and look at the mess of a sandwich I was served. After picking up the sandwich, I asked the manager to come to the table. I pointed out the lettuce pieces that were brown and black. Not a pieces of lettuce, but what looked like lettuce scraps. The tomato wasn’t a slice of tomato, but the leftovers. One small piece of avocado was smashed into the top of the sandwich. The bacon was undercooked and soft. As I was describing and showing it to the manager, she kept saying “Okay”, until she informed me that was the way the bacon was usually made. I explained that in my experience, the bacon would be crunchy, but what I had was undercooked. Her response was that IF I wanted, she would refund the cost of the sandwich. No offer to remake the sandwich, and it wasn’t until I brought it to her attention that all she had done was defend the undercooked bacon that she then admitted the sandwich was under par. And offered to refund the cost of the sandwich. She never offered to remake the sandwich the way it should be. I declined the refund offer as I told her that it would appear that was my intent when I really wanted her to know what the problem was. Now the soup was cold and not nearly as good as it was before the manager got there. My wife’s Southwestern lime and chicken salad was also unappetizing and went mostly uneaten. We are done with Panera in Valdosta and will be difficult to tempt to Panera anywhere. At my age if I get poor service and poor food I just don’t bother to try it anymore.

3 out of 3 orders incorrect. Everyone makes errors, but everything is ridiculous. Called manager and he insinuated that it was my error. I’m very clear when ordering by repeating it twice and have employee repeat order back. I like the food, but am considering not patronizing the location in Valdosta because of poor service

New store, new design. This location is really nice. The layout is spacious with plenty of seating and great lighting. When we stopped in, they were still in their early days, you could tell some of the staff was new. However, great stop last time through and I would definitely stop again if in the area.

Our breakfast sandwich was good.We wanted sausage but they didn’t have any.We also had one of the worst Bear claws that we ever had!! It was small, very doughy and about half done if that!! Very Disappointing!!!!!

Take out salad was fast and fresh; mac and cheese order was hot and delicious. Yummy brownies. Coffee was lukewarm, but they quickly made me a fresh cup (although now I’m convinced that coffee is not their forte…).

Take out was fast and our order was correct. The food was good, but the sandwiches were hit and miss. I had the Chipotle Chicken Avocado Melt and it was mostly bread with little contents between the slices. Our other sandwiches seemed to be fine.
