Drove around the building to get in line. I could see one car sitting at the window. Pulled up to the speaker and was immediately told one minute please. I waited over two minutes and nothing. I left. Same car was still at the window. Absolutely no one else anywhere. No cars in parking lot. No truck being unloaded. Nothing going on. You’d think they could help two customers. If customer service sucks this much i didn’t even want to try the food. No wonder the Arby’s down the street closed. Same owner, same poor customer experience.
I’d recommend you visit one of the other local businesses with excellent customer service. DQ, Bylo Gyro, Charleys… Anyone of them will treat you well.

I definitely felt a positive vibe going to this Arby’s at 8:20 at night after I worked all day for about 14 hours explaining what happened at a different Arby’s about a manager cussing me out about fixing my order. Not even asking for a refund because their employees were too stoned to understand that. I said a side of cheddar after I ordered my fries and they put cheddar in my sandwich which is not what I was asking for. Otherwise it would have said cheddar when I ordered the sandwich and then they asked for fries. I wouldn’t have said cheddar after it. I said a side of cheddar. I told him it’s on video. I have a bank statement and I have receipt but I couldn’t show the receipt to the Ontario Arby’s because the manager cussed me out. I wasn’t even hungry after that. She was flicking me all through the drive-thru. I went to this Arby’s and they just gave me what I ordered for free on the house. Basically to resolve the issue after I complained to Arby’s customer service that they said that they could not find the transaction and I even showed the people in the Arby’s the 1116 total for when I ordered a number 11 in Ontario, Ohio. I really am going to love and appreciate going and spending my money buying food at this Arby’s. Not only that, but it looked very clean inside, very professional. I love the seasonal decorations that they have in the drive-thru window for Christmas and it really inspired me to still believe that there still is good people out there. I hope God blesses this Arby’s tremendously and the people that work there with the positive attitudes that they have.

Tyler just took my order an hour before close, I work nights so I’m usually that guy unfortunately,
But Tyler was super cool very attentive took my spacific order with patience and an over all happy go lucky guy and I wouldn’t be surprised if he turned this place around if it was bad before.
I hope they pay him more than the avg employee for going above and beyond.

Great and speedy service at this location! Connor, who was working the drive-thru, was super friendly and was very helpful when I was having issues with my gift card.
We don’t have many late night options, but it’s good to know that you can rely on this Arbys!

I ordered 3 beef and cheddar sandwiches. The staff asked if I wanted sauce during drive through order and again at pickup window. I requested Arby’s sauce, both times. In the bag they gave 1 packet for three sandwiches. If your hurting Arbys, you could have told me your sauce RONA profits aren’t meeting expectations (I would have paid for enough packets for the items, I ordered). Do yourself and favor check that bag before you pull away, staff here is rationing. Or pick a different Arbys.

I went through the drive-through at 10:30pm this evening and was helped by the sole employee there (my receipt says Vicky so I assume that’s who it was). She was insanely sweet, apologized profusely for the wait (there really wasn’t much of a wait, she was ON IT!) and gave me a free sandwich card for the delay. They had no staff other than this one woman who was not only taking orders, but also preparing, cooking and packing the food, but she did so without being rude, agitated, and she didn’t complain once. She was sweet, kind and wonderful! I’m leaving this review so that Arby’s knows what an asset they have in her. Treat her well, she more than deserves it. Btw, my order was perfect. No mistakes, tasted delish! Thanks Vicky!

Ordered the classic meal with curly fries and there were in 2 curly fries the rest were tiny pieces and hard
