Very convenient location with terrible customer service and terrible food. After waiting 20 minutes for my order my sandwich had a dragonfly wing inside. Unbelievable to say the least. They need to shut down and start over with new personnel altogether. Clean up while you’re at it!

I order from this location almost every week. I’d say 1/3 orders are usually wrong in some way (missing items or wrong meal altogether), but I keep trying. ♀️ Yesterday took the cake for me when I ordered the same meal I always get and they gave me this “hearty” portion of filling for my sandwich. I’m a simple person and try to appreciate what I can get, but that was ridiculous considering the price. If you don’t have the ingredients to fulfill an order, please communicate with your customers.

I always order breakfast on line ar Panera.Every once in a while I have ordered my lunch along with my breakfast sandwich. Today I ordered a muffin, two breakfast sandwiches, one lunch sandwich and a kid’s salad. The order was placed at 8 am and was supposed to be ready in 10 minutes. Well I gave them a extra 20 minutes to get it ready. When I stopped by already running late to my next stop. I waited patiently for them to get my order ready. I asked the young lady was it everything ready,and she confirmed it was, I grabbed the bags and left. By the time I got to my destination, I realized they had the order completely wrong. I ended up with 3 breakfast sandwiches, a lunch sandwich, a honey bun and no salad. I just need people to pay attention to detail. In you didn’t have what I paid for, I should have been told.

Don’t even bother trying to eat at this place. I walked in after receiving confirmation that my order was ready. It was not. Waited almost 10 minutes for it while watching an employee play the drums on a trash can with a baguette. Unbelievable. The salad didn’t come with any chicken like it was supposed to. Dining at a chain in Savannah without disappointment is nearly impossible. How hard is it to get a simple 3 item order correct? Never again.
