I didn’t dine in so I won’t detract points for atmosphere. I go to Panera weekly and order the same thing. I am often at different locations as I travel for work and this was the worst food i’ve gotten at any of them. My grilled cheese was nearly 100% bread. Where is the cheese? Also I was not greeted or acknowledged when completing my pickup and the pickup agent was actively on a phone call on the line

You should try the new steak bagel sandwich it was really really good full of flavor the steak was tender and seasoned perfectly Everything was a overall 10.
Everyone was so friendly and happy and any more these days it’s hard to find everybody happy in one establishment but today was a very pleasant experience I haven’t been here in a while but I definitely will be back.

All of the employees have no hair covering. Long hair that’s woven into your head is more likely to fall out. Facial piercings all over their faces. Piercings are a health code violation when handling food products. It’s disgusting!!!! Employees are in their phones while working the line. Phones are very nasty and do not need to be anywhere near food products. The bread bowl came out cold. The lady at the register acted like we were an inconvenience to them because we were asking questions. Overall bad experience. Will never eat here again.

Stopped in after shopping and got a sandwich and salad The staff was very nice explaining the menu items. Food was ready in 5 minutes and was so fresh and prepared perfectly. The taste was scrumptious and I will definitely be back. Keep up the good work.

Panera is always a great options for breakfast. We love it! At this location we had a great service and the food was delicious specially the chocolate chip muffes.
They have the best Asiago bread I’ve ever eaten.
Also, they have the best server (cashier) helping people. Unfortunately I forgot his name but he has an amazing mood!

Corporate needs to look at this store. The food was Panera quality. As soon as the order taker got off of her phone call she took out order. There was water leaking out of the order desk. Not sure where it was coming from. Floor was sticky. Not one worker in a good mood. Corporate needs to look at this store. Definitely not Panera standards.

Waited for 10 mins for use of kiosk because the on plane view of everyone, we made eye contact multiple times and still never asked my order as I was waiting to place my literal order I guess they think the new kiosk makes it so they don’t have to do anything at the front while under camera.

Terrible… just admirably terrible. COLD FOOD, HALF WAY DONE, NO MEAT ON MY HALF STEAK AND WHITE CHEDDAR. When I ordered a FULL SIZE and the bread was hard as a rock another thing that cheddar brócoli was also wrong we ordered the biggest size there was available; instead we received the opposite . A absolute waste of money. I will Never order food from this place and wont ever recommend anyone too. It felt as if it was on purpose. Embarrassing to expect more from this place as a first time buyer. I should’ve went with my intuition and just ordered McDonald’s. PANERA BREAD @ABERCORNE STREET SAVANNAH, GA… LITERALLY STOLE MY MONEY. Fun fact! I was excited to try this meal… now I am disappointed.
