Everytime I order I am ALWAYS missing something. The last time I didn’t receive my food at all. When I called the store and asked for a refund the manager told me I had to call door dash for a refund. I ordered from Panera app. I told her I wasn’t doing that so she said she would replace my order but I had to come pick it up. If I wanted to pick it up I would have done that in the first place. This use to be one of my favorite restaurants. Not so much anymore

I came to meet a friend for a quick breakfast and chit chat. The cashier was very friendly and the service was pretty fast. I got a toasted plain bagel with the strawberry cream cheese (sorry, no pics). It was really good, but one thing I don’t like is how they leave your food on the counter for you to pick it up…uncovered, for anyone to touch on purpose or by mistake. Anyway as my friend and I were catching up with what little time we had we noticed the place was really empty… AND a bit unkempt. Tables weren’t clean, the floor was littered and dishes sat for nearly the whole hour we were there. I think the staff should/can make better use of their time. Keep the place tidy during the down time.

In town visiting and wanted to grab a soufle for breakfast. The soufles were extremely overcooked and shouldn’t have been displayed. The cold brew tasted like flavored milk and my cup with ICE was not filled to the top. Go somewhere else for coffee.

This is probably the worst Panera I have ever been to. Dried up breads, no selection of baked goods displayed. Everything appears to be unavailable. Staff didn’t even come up to the counter to wait on me. There were no tables occupied at 10am on a weekday, apparently everyone else gets the point that this location doesn’t want to be bothered.

This location is not up to standard with Panera. They need to do an internal inspection and reevaluate. I hate leaving bad reviews but this place is not worth the trip. I’ve given them three chances and they still cannot seem to get it right. Bad food quality. Very bad service.
